I’ve been fortunate enough to stay at some of the best hotels around the world and I can honestly say that none of them are more charming and welcoming than Riad Kaiss. The perfect location, gorgeous antique fixtures and fittings, the best staff, a pool and a rooftop to watch the sunset over the medina, literally what more could you want. I hope this will not be my last stay.

Amazing Stay, would recommend to anyone looking to experience a traditional moroccan escape! The riad was in the perfect location, walking distance to the markets, food and local sites. The room was very clean, even had complimentary hot drinks! What really made the trip was the staff. WOW WOW WOW, this place is immense! Possible the best experience in a hotel/holiday accommodation I have had. Nothing is too much trouble. Riad is brilliantly placed in the Medina, close to the main square (10 mins), close to taxis (5 mins), close to good restaurants and cashpoint machines. They even arrange taxis to and from the airport, and offer advice on what to see and do! If you are thinking about it…. Do it!

We had booked this property, however, due to a medical emergency, we had to cancel our stay on the day of the check-in. The staff was very courteous to consider our last minute cancellation request and refunded the money.
