The staff and service were amazing for this traditional Riad with two gardens, inner and outer. Much thanks for the welcome and orientation. The Riad garden is at least 10 degrees cooler and absolutely quiet and peaceful. Don't miss the lentil soup for breakfast - delicious.

Very beautiful Riad, staff are excellent. The Riad is located in one of the very busiest areas of Marrakesh, something to keep in mind when choosing somewhere to stay.

We stayed here over New Year and were impressed with the property, staff, location and food. The room was beautifully decorated and despite being on the ground floor, it was very quiet. Every member of staff was kind, hardworking and went over and above. I would highly recommend Riad Kaiss to anyone and hope to return there again one day!

I’ve just come back to London, stayed here for the weekend for my birthday and it was absolutely amazing. The staff are very pleasant, professional and accommodating. I had the best suite and they even got me a lovely cake. I would definitely stay here again.

Great experience staying at this Riad

Amazing stay, amazing staff! Very beautiful riad. The staff made me and my fiance feel like family, from welcoming us in at check in, to making sure we were comfortable and having a good time in Marrakesh, both day staff and night staff equally treated us with wonderful hospitality. The next time we travel to Marrakesh we will only stay here.

They are absolutely outstanding — warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Whether it was offering helpful local tips, organizing transportation, or simply greeting us with a smile, their hospitality made our stay unforgettable. The location is also ideal — just a 5-minute walk from Jemaa el-Fna Square, yet quiet and peaceful once you’re inside the riad. Great stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Riad Kaiss. Mohammed is an absolute gem. Knowledgeable, kind and patient with all our questions since it was our first time in Marrakesh. The breakfast in the mornings was amazing and the staff was extremely attentive and helpful in every way. The Riad itself is very well kept and beautiful. They moved us to a larger room on our third night since the first one was bit tight for three without any upcharge. There were a lot of small thoughtful details like the beds at night have hot water bottles placed on each side to warm them since the evenings are cold.

Just returned from a 4 night stay at Riad Kaiss. Immediately we found the Riad to be a welcoming , comfortable and luxurious place. The Riad itself is full of design features that keep surprising you the more you look around . Food was tasty and the breakfast a delight but this is all eclipsed by the staff employed here. Everybody was cheerful and friendly . The reception team of Mohammed and Gigi go above and beyond to make sure your day will run smoothly by organising trips and taxis etc. The Manageress is truly on the ball dealing with customers , agents and staff alike . Don’t stay here without having the in house Hammam experience ….now that really is a treat not to be missed.

Mini fridge did not work , very noisy , WiFi disaster , friendly but nosy reception staff Outside smells of sewage , and litter anywhere . Hotel taxes not explained in truth Accept we are in Africa , but for the rates charged , they need to vastly improve their standards
