If I had the chance to give this riad more than a 10/10, I absolutely would. Everything about my stay exceeded my expectations. The staff were truly exceptional, incredibly kind, welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help. Their hospitality was definitely one of the highlights of my stay and made the whole experience feel very special. The riad itself is absolutely beautiful. The architecture, décor, and overall aesthetic are stunning while still maintaining an authentic and peaceful atmosphere. From the smallest decorative details to the subtle smell of rose water throughout the riad, everything contributes to making the place feel special. Everything was also impeccably clean, from the room to the common areas. Breakfast was another highlight. It was fresh, generous, delicious, and beautifully presented every morning. Between the amazing staff, the cleanliness, the breakfast, and the beauty of the riad itself, I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I would come back without hesitation and recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional riad experience.

It was an amazing stay! They asked what we wanted for breakfast, and it tasted so good! The bed was comfortable and Clean, the sheets were so soft! The room was very nice!! The only thing - is that it gets humide in the room, its an old building so maybe the ventilation system isnt as good, but we could use the air condition freely which was amazing!

Gorgeous Riad with friendly staff. A bit of a walk from the main Medina areas which we got fed up of doing but there are enough restaurants around to enjoy a quieter experience in the Kasbah. Huge comfortable room and bathroom. Shower took ages to warm up but otherwise all good. Windows are not very sound proof so hear a lot of what's going on and especially call to prayer so bring ear plugs if that's an issue. Very comfy bed and chairs to chill out on, plus water and kettle provided. Breakfast was very carb heavy but tasty each day. Tycally bread, pancakes and pastries with jam then eggs. Orange juice and coffee. The hammam and massage were GREAT- firm massage and nice to be able to enjoy near your room, being able to go back to room in robe etc. Roof space was nice to catch sunshine. Google maps takes you right to location off Kasbah street, although looking at the pics on here in advance helped. Recommend hotel roof top restaurants in the Kasbah!

The property was so beautiful. We loved our whole stay it was such a warm welcome and each day we were met with so much kindness from the staff. I am gluten free and was well taken care of at breakfast- they were excellent at ensuring I ate safely and well. The location is fantastic, so easy to get to all the great sights of the city. We felt so safe in the area and had access to everything we needed. Our new years celebration was so special and appreciated the help of the Riad with taxis and more. Thank you Achraf and team!

Definitely recommend! Beautiful place and the people especially Karim went out of their way to make us comfortable. There was a lovely breakfast every morning, and Karim gave us many pointers of other places to go.
