The place was closed for construction when we arrived. Total lack of respect not communicating this before our arrival which made us lose 1 of 5 days of our short vacation. Avoid this place!

Arrivant au riad , initialement réservé, le responsable m’annonce que le riad est complet et a été réservé à d'autres personnes !! pas trop sérieux comme réponse surtout pas motivée. Il nous propose un autre riad , j'imagine dont la prestation est moindre. Nous acceptons de le suivre et finalement pas trop déçu , mis à part la présence d'humidité partout et SDB pas trop pratique. Le patio est très sympa, verdure , parfum naturel d'oranger et réveillé chaque matin sous le chant des oiseaux. Attention aux taxes de séjour +- 3 € par jour et par personnes, taxes dont nous ignorons l’existence que le responsable nous a réclamés la veuille de notre départ, une fois que nous avions tout dépensé ! Personnel très sympa, petit dèj copieux à recommencer à volonté

zentrale Lage und doch sehr ruhig

sehr schoenes Wetter ohne auch nur ein bisschen Regen mit ca. 23 - 24 Grad waren Anfang Februar genau richtig. das Essen in den diversen Souks der Medina war aeusserst preiswert und schmackhaft. Besonders die Besuche der Wesir-Palaeste sind sehr zu empfehlen...

Teilweise sehr unfreundlich / wurden umgebucht :-(

leider wurden wir umgebucht. Der Besitzer / Chef hat zweimal telefonisch versprochen vorbeizukommen und mit uns über die Umbuchung zu reden. Wir haben zwei mal gewartet ... erfolglos ! Das ist mehr als MIES ! ! !

Un precioso hotel a dos minutos de la plaza

Es una riad preciosa, entras por una mini puerta en un callejón pero cuando lo ves es una gran sorpresa, tiene un patio interior estilo andaluz, en la azotea hay sofás tumbonas y una mini piscina, para desayunar, fumar o simplemente tomar algo disfrutando de Marrakech. La localización es perfecta, a dos minutos andando de la plaza de Fna jemma y de todas las tiendas y puestos; y las habitaciones estuvimos en varias y cada cual mas bonita que la anterior, muy árabes.

Es gab keinen haartrockner, kein parkplatz und kein Hamam. Wir hatten alles schon gezahlt, aber der Hotel Manager wollte noch mal extra geld als City Tax. Die Lage ist super, aber umgebung sehr gefährlich. Aber Service von Ahmed war super.

We have paid for everything, but the hotel manager come wanted extra money and told us with city tax that was the half of our payment for the hotel, this is not fair!...There is also no parking and breakfast only with cheese, jam and bread..

Moeilijk te vinden en overboekt, no go.

De penetrante lucht van kattepis was geen aangename binnenkomer. Toen ook nog eens bleek dat de riad volgeboekt was en wij naar een alternatief werden begeleid door de eigenaar kilometers verderop in de Medina, via een onverlichte steeg, was de eerste vakantiepret snel verdwenen. Riad Ella vermijden is mijn advies.

Don't believe the description

Riad is at least 25 minutes walk from the nearest parking. They don't have the property parking as they claim. The nearest parking is located way of the road. You will have to drive through tight streets with sellers blocking the way and deep holes. By the time we got to an open area to park our car, everyone was ready to throw up. Then, from there we had to guess our way to the "riad". We did not expect 25 min walk (free onsite parking is advertised on the description.) The entrance to the riad is not as pictured online. And there is no title outside. You basically look for house number. This business is operating without license according to neighbors, that's why there is no sign. The owner didn't care about our concerns or comments. The reason I booked at this riad because my mother couldn't walk for long, and I believed there was a property parking. Don't try to call the number given online, no one will answer. I couldn't stay there because I didn't want my mother to walk that distance ( my mother waited in the car while I went searching for the place) No reembusment was offered. In fact the owner pretended to be busy to even listen to what I was saying. He seems to care about that money before all. Waisted 4 hours searching for Ella just to go rent elsewhere.

Fuyez le Riad Ella : ESCROCS et TRUANDS

Après avoir réservé un riad via Hôtels.com, l'établissement a annulé ma réservation lorsque je me suis présenté avec mes deux enfants devant sa porte... Il m'a dit qu'il me donnait un autre riad car il en possède trois. Arrivé sur place, il a exigé 45€ supplémentaires, sans factures. C'était ça ou je me trouvais à la rue en pleine soirée avec deux enfants au centre de la medina de Marrakech que je ne connaissais pas. Ensuite je lui ai demandé une facture pour la procédure de réclamation du service client Hôtels.com. il m'a dit que pour la facture il fallait rajouter 30% à ce que j'avais déjà donné

Nice place but not an accurate description.

The room was nice and the night staff person was lovely. But the description on Expedia was not clear and incorrect. There is no free parking and you still have to pay city tax per person. Paying these things are fine if you are expecting it but we booked this place based on it having free parking and no extra taxes and there were both of these things. The day time manager says he has tried to get his ad changed but it hasn't changed yet. We booked originally for 3 nights and ended up cancelling the last 2 nights. The place is in a great location and it's a nice riad. Just be aware that parking is 30/night and city tax is 25 per person.

Buena experiencia en Marrakech

Llegar fue un poco complicado por el sistema de calles y numeración, además no tiene un aviso para identificarlo. Sin embargo, una vez dentro todo cambia y vale la pena llegar. Ahmed nos recibió con mucha amabilidad, nos ofreció té de menta y nos mostró el lugar. Muy lindo y cómodo. Parecía de cuento, totalmente aislado del ruido de la calle. Tuvieron un problema con una construcción al lado y debieron cambiarnos de hotel, eso nos causó un poco de desconcierto pero nos llevaron a un lugar mejor y cumplieron al compensar las molestias por el traslado. Muy recomendable.

Beautiful riad in quiet medina location

Beautiful riad, comfortable room, fantastic food by a great cook (try her lemon chicken tagine), helpful service from Assan. Right near Jemaa El Fna and other markets. No car access out front which could be tricky if you have a lot of luggage. We would definitely stay here again.
