Staff was great and very hospitable! The AC in our roomstopped working after our first night, but thankfully we didn't really need it and the shower didn't drain well, but otherwise this was definitely one of our better stays in Morocco and they were very on top of having fresh towels refilled soap and shampoo. The breakfast in the morning was great and the staff did a great job of showing us how to use their map to navigate Morocco (which came in handy when both our phones died), what prices we should be paying for taxis, and the top sights to see and what to avoid. They definitely made our stay in Marrakech more enjoyable and very thankful they gave us such a good experience!

Lovely hotel and very friendly staff!

Basha and Rachid (the staff) were so nice and welcoming from the very first day. The hotel is more inside Marrakech neighborhood than it is close to the Medina. It is about a 20min walk to the square. The Riad was clean and neat. It did not have hot water but in Marrakech heat, you don't need it. My boyfriend and I loved our stay very much. It was a nice get away from the hustle and bustle of the streets. We definitely recommend!
