Smooth and wellcoming check in; very clean room and beautiful Riad. They gave me a single room in a Riad opposite to their checking in Riad. It was quiet but a bit isolated. Then the hot water did not work, the guy (with black coat) quickly helped me change to another room. He’s been very patient and friendly the whole time of my staying. But not that white shirt reception guy who dealt with my city tax last night, cold, arrogant, and snobby. Hope the owner could take this seriously as it indeed affected people’s experience with that attitude. Toilet flushing wasn’t working well, wobbly shower head, but not a deal breaker.
