The facilities were excellent, providing a very comfortable and welcoming environment for my trip to Marrakech with my daughter. ​While the hotel itself was great, I am writing this review specifically to highlight the exceptional service provided by two of your staff members who truly made our stay memorable. ​First, I want to give 100% praise to Abdelilah at the front desk. He went absolutely above and beyond in his duties. His professionalism, helpfulness, and dedication to guest satisfaction were evident throughout our stay. ​Secondly, i want to highly commend Abdel and the entire animation team. The quality of the entertainment, including the music and dances, was outstanding. Abdel showed genuine care for us as guests, bringing fantastic energy and ensuring we had a wonderful time. ​You have a fantastic team, and these individuals are a true credit to your hotel. So much potential

Our room was dated with only 1 plug socket in the whole room and a broken curtain. It was comfortable and quiet though which is great. I want to give the hotel 5 stars as it has so much potential if it just made a little more effort. Tables are dirty in dining area and in bedroom but otherwise it’s a clean place. Location is perfect but swimming pool is like ice water so impossible to use. No one used the pool during our stay and all the guests complained about it.

I don’t know how it got 5 star status. Very very poor service. Staff was very money oriented and not helpful at all. When I arrived, the door man or bellboy didn’t even volunteer to get my luggage. When I checked in the girl was pushing for some gala dinner and when I asked for taxi, she said it was 25 €. Later a different receptionist told the fare to airport was 30 €. In actuality the fare from airport to hotel by registered taxi was only 13 €. When I checked in the room, there were no towels. I wanted to buy paracetamol and when asked for pharmacy the door man said we have to go in a taxi for 5 minutes to the nearest pharmacy. In actuality there was a pharmacy within 3 minutes walk in a big shopping mall. Everyone of the staff was trying to mislead us.

Booked a twin room with a friend and was given a single with a rollaway as nothing else was available. I drew the short straw and slept (or tried to sleep) on this thin mattress with springs poking up. Dinner options were limited to a buffet for 28€. Food was not very good.

Room is very tired, rather dirty and had a terrible damp smell. There was also construction going on outside my room until 2:30am, hammering, pipes being dragged across the floor and lots of shouting - I went and spoke to the reception and they told me there was nothing they could do despite the hotel being quiet.
