The place is incredibly beautiful and intimate. You almost feel like you live in a Palace by yourself. Our suite was on the top floor where the rooftop , pool and the bar were and we saw someone else there maybe once. Breakfast menu and La carte menu were exquisite. Location in the Medina was incredibly convenient. We walked pretty much everywhere. The only thing that was nuisance was the ac. We had a 2 bedroom suite. In the girls' room the ac worked great and it was cool. In ours it was hard to sleep because the ac didn't seem to work properly.

We had a wonderful stay at Palais Sebban. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with amazing Moroccan decoration and a very charming atmosphere. Every corner of the hotel feels unique and full of character. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel comfortable and were happy to assist whenever we needed anything. We especially enjoyed relaxing by the pool and spending time on the terrace, soaking up the sun. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would gladly stay here again. Thank you to the whole team at Palais Sebban for making our stay so memorable.

The property was beautiful and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only downfall is that some of the rooms open to very public areas. Would definitely stay there again - in the heart of the Medina with restaurant, bar and small spa. The Hammam bath was fantastic!

The accommodation is amazing from the beginning to the end. Amazing setting, in the medina (note that the taxi cannot get to the entrance, which is clearly mentioned in the hotel website and comments). Amazing history throughout the accommodation, in the common areas as well as the rooms. The staff were friendly, showing great hospitality, professional. They helped with choices of restaurants, recommendations of places of interest. The hotel was very clean. The swimming pools were nice, clean and refreshing. Facilities were great throughout. Breakfast was served extended hours and was rich. Internet worked really well.

Excellent location to reach sites inside of Medina, but to catch a taxi to go outside of it! Palais Sebban is an authentic beautiful riad, staff is genuinely helpful and there for your needs( Youssef, Omar, Sofia, Mona), the atmosphere is from Arabian Nights !!!! Highly recommended for people appreciating authenticity and historical experience!
