Location was very good—Marrakech train station was right across the street. Staff were friendly, courteous and efficient. They helped get us taxi transportation whenever we needed it. They stored our baggage for one day when we had another overnight excursion before we returned to the hotel for another night’s accommodation. Pool and amenities were lovely. Only negative was that they did not have enough local currency available for currency exchange.

Nice property. Service needs a bit of a bump. We stayed two nights, but five nights touring between. The first night was nice, with an upgraded room; but the second night was back to regular with okay room. Good location not too far from Medina and within walking distance of all major attractions and malls.Tbe bowling alley in tbe pictures is next to tbe hotel and not part of it.Good clean hotel but monotonous breakfast needs improvement.
