climatisation systématiquement en passe , ou faisait le bruit d une voiture dans la chambre , ce que j n'ai signalé 10 fois SANS succès De l'as il fallait chaque sortie de chambre repasser OBLIGATOIREMENT par la reception et refaire la carte d accès capelles se désactivant toutes ( probe reconnu par l totem ) !!!!!! On m a promis 3 nuit en dedomagemet su 31/08 au 03/09 ( mr Hassan responsable des relations clients ( guest manager ) mais ni lui ni l hôtel ne me l & confirmé malgré les promesses données

Je suis obligé à chaque sortie de ma chambre de devoir passer à la reception , la nuit , le jour , après la piscine , le restaurant enfin toute sortie de ma chambre pour réactiver les clefs d'accès à ma chambre , car elles sont toutes défectueuses ( explication de l'a reception ) Pourquoi le système n pas été changé et pourquoi dois je subir ce desafgrement à n importe quelle heure de la journée ou de la nuit !! De plus j ai une autre réservation qui a suivi du 04/07 au 14/07 , et je subi exactement les memes désagréments , rien ne s est amélioré

A happy stay

Excellent hotel. Brilliant for families. Check in was a little slow and the air con in the room was weak. Overall though the facilities are spot on with lots for kids to do. Loved the different pools and slides. Room was spacious and very clean. Would recommend highly if travelling with young children.

wir 2 Erw 18J 14J 5J,gebucht 2 Zimmern,mit HP Die Zimmer waren sehr weit weg vom Eingang,trotz daß ich vor Ankunft angerufen habe & darum gebetet,die Zimmern in der Nähe vom Rezeption sind,wurde bestätigt,aber nicht umgesetzt,bei Reklamation hat man mir bestätigt & versprochen,daß ich neuen Zimmern bekommen würde,bis ich gegen 20Uhr Aufstand gemacht habe,erst dann waren komischerweise Zimmern in der Nähe frei. Wasserrutschen waren nicht im gleichen Hotel,sondern im Hotel nebenan (MogadorAquaFun),man darf erst um 10:30 hingehen,um diese Zeit sind alle Schirme von „Aquafun-Gäste" besetzt. Das Abendessen-Buffet wurde auf 5-Menügerichte reduziert,was für die Kids sehr schlimm war (4-Traditionellgerichte),am 1Tag müssten wir auf Essen fast 1Std warten,bis wir Aufstand gemacht haben,Getränke (Wasser,Cola,Fanta) müssten wir selber bezahlen! 1Tag vor Abreise kam eine Dame zu mir,ob ich Beschwerde habe,ich habe sie komisch angeguckt & sie gefragt habe,ob sie was mitbekommen hat,Antwort war NEIN,ich habe sie alles erzählt,Ihre Antwort „Oh wir prüfen das usw.“ nur Ventil-Funktion. Am letzten Tag kam MA vom Management,ich dachte er würde sich im Namen des Hotels entschuldigen,aber seine Sorge war,ob ich den Aufenthalt verlängere,leider er war nicht informiert,ich habe ihn gebeten seine MA zu suchen & mit ihr darüber zu sprechen,ich dachte er werde sich darum kümmern,weil er vom Management ist & er sich bei mir melden würde,aber leider nicht. ExpediaTeam war eingeschaltet,aber ohne Erf
