I stayed here as a solo traveller for 5 nights. The room was huge and I was fortunate to have a ground floor room which opened on to the pool area. Breakfast was good with lots of options. However that was the only meal I ate in the hotel so can’t comment further on other food options. The staff were all great and very courteous and helpful. Would certainly recommend or stay again!

Great property and hotel. Great swimming although it was a bit cold. Friendly staff with lots of amenities. Generally clean but could do with some updating. Comfy bed and great outdoor areas. I really appreciated all the plants in the outdoor areas, as well as how comfortable the place is.

We were a group of travellers with children and one single person (I was the single person, and my friends travelled with their three kids) — booking 3 rooms. The couple and I reserved separately, though we both booked on Expedia, therefore read the description very carefully before making our choice, because we were there for less than 24h. We booked the hotel because of the mention of a 24h airport shuttle — there’s no such thing — you must order a taxi from the hotel, who will overcharge you (we got three different prices, all of which were more expensive than the price we paid for the taxi to bring us from the airport to the hotel. We also booked the hotel because of the mention of a buffet style breakfast included. We were accustomed to other hotels in Marrakech where we were able to have breakfast upon arrival, especially since our departure was scheduled for 5am, which is before breakfast opens. We were promised a breakfast bag before departure, but for some reason, one of the bags went missing and there was nothing the staff could do about it, other than tell us that they will let the director know. When we arrived, they had the kids on one side of the hotel and the parents on another! It took some time but they fixed that. TheSangria was good.The spa was closed. I was looking forward to a massage. We noticed the difference in serving Moroccans and non-Moroccans like us. We understand that humans will be humans and no one is perfect. However, we won’t be coming back.

Brand new property. Away from bustle and craziness of the Medina. Only seven minute cab ride to historic sites. Has the feel of a Spanish villa; all rooms arranged around a stunning pool area. A few hiccups with their systems, but all staff friendly and welcoming. Happy to return.

The staff were very accommodating. The receptionists were courteous and friendly. The hotel is close enough to the airport and the centre but in a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the medina. I walked to the Carrefour and back, along the tree-lined avenue which is relatively quiet and car-free. The spa and hammam is a definite plus, I did the Toubkal trek after my stay and returned to have my treatment and chill by the poolside before my flight back.

It was nice as a resort property on its own, but not convenient to travel downtown - and also even food options you had to cross a busy intersection to get to them. Staff were nice enough overall. And it was busy hotel. Great pool, and spa services. Breakfast was nice buffet daily. I had an issue with my door, they came and fixed it but didn't necessarily feel like it fully fixed the issue.
