Staff are friendly enough but hotel is quite tired and needs a refurbishment. Quite a few issues with hot water - it takes 10 minutes of running the shower to get hot! Breakfast generally good and staff very helpful and attentive.

The location was ideal for me, near the university and cafes and restaurants. I had a very good room, with a bath and shower, large sliding windows with a view out to the mountains. Good wifi.

The reception felt so wellcoming and respectful. They gave us the best room and always made sure we did not lack anything. The food was perfect and the hotel overall was very clean and well maintained.

This hotel is a good option if you don’t want to stay in the Medina. The breakfast room is amazing. The pool seems great although they are doing some work construction next to it. I bet it will look amazing in a few months. I found that all the employees were very kind and helpful. Receptionist, front desk agent, doorman, people at breakfast room. The room was clean and very comfortable. It has a cute balcony. I would recommend it.

Very nice, clean, quiet hotel. Beautiful location. Room was very clean and excellent. I strongly recommend this hotel to other travelers. Pool on the roof was very nice. Massage was good. Very reasonable price of the hotel. Overall Excellent hotel.

7 day stay nice hotel

Had a very nice time stayed half board the food was very good even though it was buffet style only no so great was in the evening you had to pay for drinks with dinner coffee tea juice was free with breakfast if your going to Marrakech please note that there is very little place to drink alcohol this hotel doesn't serve or had alcohol rooms were very nice and clean bit basic only three coat hangers in wardrobe room cleaned every day pool area is on the roof and very nice with sunbeds and a snack bar for soft drinks and food very enjoyable holiday staff were very friendly and helpful

I really did love my stay here, as the people where kind, caring, understanding and above all patient. The only to things that were a minus was that there was no were to sit on the balcony, and that the mini fridge was not that cold but everything else was perfect! Im booking again for November!
