Extremely disappointed with Ibis. I was quite shocked to see how worn down the hotel was, which should be maintained and refreshed regularly. Cons: -Black Mold in bathroom floor crevices, in the shower, on the ceiling -The water in the shower didn’t drain so you were standing in 3 inches of dirty water -There was hair on the pillow which made me wonder if the sheets were properly changed or just remade once the last guest left -There were holes in the duvet -Stains on the window curtain -Worn/dirty/damaged furniture -The hotel lobby smells like cigarettes All this made it quite uncomfortable to stay when it just felt unkept and unclean. Pros: -The front reception staff are friendly and welcoming -The location is perfect, next to the train and CTM/Supratour bus -2 min walk to Starbucks and Caribou Coffee, as well as many restaurants

Don't know how Accor can let some dodgy mob impersonate their brand. Because this place is shocking. Room was dirty and in a very poor state with sink clogged, tv and AC not working (turned off for winter apparently) and a shared hairdryer 😂. Without the window open (to road noise), inside was unbearable. Sure, breakfast good and location convenient for train, but this place is more zero star than three star. Avoid. Accor / Ibis are trashing their brand. Never again.

Don’t expect too much from this hotel if you are used to staying in Ibis hotels. This is no where near the standard you would expect from the Ibis brand. The general condition of the corridors was poor with dirty carpets. Our room was not good with a low standard of decoration, only one bedside table, one chair and very basic storage. There was no safe in the room although I was fairly sure the room description on Expedia suggested there was a laptop safe. When we asked the reception staff about the location of the safe we just got a shrug. Power points were located away from useable surfaces. The towels were thin and usually decidedly grey! On checking into our room on the first night we found the towels neatly folded but already wet and obviously not fresh. They were changed quickly when we asked at Reception. The only saving grace was the excellent cleaning staff who changed our towels and made up the bed everyday. The bar and breakfast area was better than the rest of the hotel and although we didn’t take breakfast it looked like there was a good choice and it was well presented. There is a pool but we never saw anyone swimming in it. The hotel has a sign outside suggesting there is a restaurant but other than breakfast we were unable to purchase a meal. The best thing about the hotel is its location, which is close to the railway station and within walking distance of the city highlights, restaurants and shops.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are tiny but clean. Suggest you bring extra hangers. Would have appreciated more space to store clothing. A party of two adults, we stayed two weeks. The area has ample transportation options as well as places to dine within walking distance. Only about 15 minutes by cab to the Medina with an average fare of 80--100 MAD ($10). Would stay here again.
