The main buffet was incredible for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The private Asian restaurant was a large disappointment. Not one item we ordered was good. Drinks were not included. Highly recommend sticking with the buffet. There were only somewhat two heated pools. This resort is meant for hot weather and warm water slide water. There is not much else to do, but the grounds are beautiful and the service is wonderful.

The pools and waterpark were great. One of the pools was heated which was good for one of the cooler days. The free shuttle bus into Marrakech was much appreciated, so we could do some sight-seeing. All of the staff were super friendly and looked after us.

Wanted to mention a few of the staff we interacted with - everyone was nice but especially a shout out for Amine who is onsite entertainment team and the brilliant energy he brought. From dancing to archery lessons :) In the lounge we are welcomed by the gracious tea person - didn’t have the name but really wanted to say thank you for the hospitality. Similarly in Atlas restaurant- the very warm waiter who brought us Moroccon coffee and always had a chat with my son. Great food from chef and omelettes and other food cooked !
