Beautiful room, excellent pools, really lovely environment. Staff very smiley, polite and helpful. Almost faultless. They arranged taxis as needed. Spa was also wonderful. However….. Bottle of water 1L cost £6-7, air con hugely noisy, bed very uncomfortable, staff v e r y s l o w to serve drinks / food once ordered. It’s a new set-up so I have no doubt it will improve.

Mijn verblijf bij Bliss Terra Janna was een gemengde ervaring. Laat ik beginnen met de positieve punten: de locatie is prachtig en het hotel zelf ziet er visueel erg mooi uit. Het design en de uitstraling geven echt een luxe gevoel, en een aantal medewerkers waren oprecht vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Helaas waren er ook meerdere minpunten die mijn verblijf hebben beïnvloed. Tijdens mijn verblijf is mijn nieuwe koffer beschadigd geraakt, en dit is door het hotel niet naar tevredenheid opgelost. Dat was erg teleurstellend, zeker gezien de prijs en uitstraling van het hotel. Daarnaast viel het eten tegen. De kwaliteit stond niet in verhouding tot de prijzen, die aan de hoge kant zijn. Ook de kosten voor vervoer via het hotel zijn buitensporig hoog, ik merkte dat een taxi via het hotel tot wel zes keer duurder was dan een Uber. Verder zijn de bedden erg hard, wat het slaapcomfort niet ten goede komt. Ook zijn er relatief weinig faciliteiten beschikbaar, zeker voor een hotel dat zich in dit segment positioneert. Al met al is Bliss Terra Janna een nieuw hotel met veel potentie en een mooie uitstraling, maar er zijn duidelijk nog verbeterpunten nodig op het gebied van service, prijs-kwaliteitverhouding en comfort.
