“All the staff at Suites Atlas were exceptional. The young man at reception was always polite and willing to assist with anything. We were allocated Room 11 which was a family apartment of two rooms.and full kitchen and ample bathroom. We were happy with our apartment and much enjoyied our week stay there as well as it being very affordable.We had a supermarket right next door to the hotel and we were only a 20 minute pleasant walk to the Medina and other attractions. “Las sábanas no habían sido cambiadas, había pelos en ellas de los clientes anteriores. Las ventanas no encajaban y entraba aire frío. No había toallas y tuvimos que pedirlas varias veces para poder ducharnos. Afortundamente, la calefacción funcionaba bien porque si no nos hubiéramos congelado. Los botones de conserjería te agobian con la recogida de maletas. A un mejor precio, lo podría recomendar como aceptable a pesar de sus supuestas 4 estrellas.”

It was located about 10 to 15min walk to the shopping centre, Mc Donald. The location was safe. The staff were friendly and always help you with what you need. We stay in the 3 rooms apartment and it was lovely apartment and spacious for my family of 6. We will definitely go back to Zari.”
