This is our 3rd year staying at the Ramada. This hotel checks all our boxes. Clean rooms with fridge and microwave. Pets are welcome. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is located downtown so you can walk to the harbor, restaurants and bars.

Our room was not cleaned when we arrived but Madison was very helpful to resolve the situation. She found a clean room that was an upgrade to our initial reservation. The hotel is dirty and needs upgrades- particularly the elevator. The hotel is in a good location that is close to restaurants and shops.

The place is getting run down. Hallway carpet was dirty. Fan / heat lamp in bathroom was very loud and falling apart. Parking lot in rough shape. WiFi wasn't connecting. Pool, hot tub, restaurant and bar were positives. With some TLC this could be a nice place

Overall the rooms were clean and the staff was good, the positivity stops there. The state of this property is the issue. Don’t trust the pictures. The rooms are clean but beds and furniture are very worn. The bathroom was out of the 1980s. Pool, hot tub, and sauna are in deplorable condition. The day we left there was an altercation outside across the street with some homeless individuals where the police were called. Safety probably not the best with location. It’s time for the wrecking ball, I don’t even think a gut job could save this place. We will go elsewhere next time in Marquette.
