This is a great property with a good lake view from the balcony that we had for a reasonable rate. There was nice outdoor (and indoor) seating for their delicious breakfast. We had a really pleasant stay here and we would have stayed longer if we didn’t have other national parks to visit.

The location can't be beat - - the view from our patio at sunset was amazing and the trip to Pictured Rock was convenient. However, the staff was less than friendly and the breakfast was very disappointing, especially considering the price we paid for our room. The mattress wasn't particularly comfortable, but otherwise the room was great; very spacious and everything we needed. Given the other options in Munising, this is the place to stay, but it also seems that they know this so they charge a lot and are short on smiles and warm breakfast options.

Was told that if you stay 2 nights they don’t clean your room the second night. They will give you fresh towels. I think we should get a little money back since I paid the same price for the first night. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was OK. Need more selections. Good coffee.

Perfect location for anything involving Pictured Rocks. Very clean facility, friendly staff. The hotel was full the night we stayed there so breakfast food and coffee items were depleted, but that did not affect our needs. Popular place for families as there were many children.
