“Beautiful location, great historical house, huge rooms, and a nice spa. As a whole, a great stay, although it could do with some maintenance and a bit more eye to detail. Staff were wonderful and very helpful.”

“We went with our children, who are 5 and 2. The family room we stayed at was big and spacious, so was the bathroom. All beds were comfortable, and they even had a cot ready for our 2yo. The children had a blast playing at the large play area while seeing the goats and alpacas. Breakfast was included and it was pretty good. The only downside was that, even though they have wifi, we had no signal in our room, so we could only go online (wifi or otherwise) at the restaurant and common areas.”

“Peeling wallpaper by window, panel by bathroom door coming away, loose loo seat, poorly maintained bathroom with window not shutting fully. Shower splutters and temperature varies. Pub food poor and not made as described. Would not go back.”
