Poor Hospitality

The hotel was ok but my overall stay was ruined by the attitude of the owner who complained about not having received the fax from the travel agent (only the next day). Then he complained about the little amount he had actually received and refused to give me the remote control for the A/C when it was included in the room. Even after showing my understanding of his stituation he kept on with this unplaisant attitude. There are many other hotels around that would be best for perhaps just a few euros extra. Don't hesitate!
