Perfectly located between the public beach, beach clubs, and the peaceful pine forest is this hidden gem. Homemade breakfast awaits and Bahadır gives great recommendations on where to go. This is a peaceful retreat and calm place to be.

Exceptional breakfast, all homemade, starts with usual Turkish breakfast with homemade bread ( such as olive sourdough) followed by individual extras - courgette fritters, potatoes, cheesy bread, sour cherry cake clementine sorbet ….Lovely communal areas and very helpful host. On the downside - there was traffic noise and very little room for clothes but overall excellent.

Amazing stay.

bahadir was amazing host from start to finish. The atmosphere he has created is unique the minute you walk in you start to relax. The breakfast served by his staff and himself is some of the best I have in Turkey. Such an amazing gentleman and would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Great quality-prize rate in a very nice building

The hotel is located in a beautiful building, with a magnificent garden, located at the edge of the city of Akyaka, in a beautiful neighborhood of old Turkish style buildings, surrounded by pine trees and vegetation. For that alone it is worth it. Certainly, the rooms are somewhat small and have somewhat dated bathrooms, but that does not detract from the great stay. The breakfast is very abundant, varied and of excellent quality, full of details. And the best thing is the great attention of the owner who turns the room into a haven of tranquility and beauty.

Breakfasts are amazing!

Totalya Hotel was a great find, a beautiful building, clean and comfortable room, ours had a balcony. Also lots of comfortable seating areas including the rooftop balcony. The owner Bahadir and staff are very welcoming and the breakfast is truly amazing - it keeps on coming! We loved Totalya and would highly recommend.

Really like the place, the common areas, the owner, the atmosphere, delicious breakfast, the location. the room and the bathroom were a bit outdated and small but all the other positive features of the place make you forget about these shortcomings m. A place to come back to.

The hotel has a lovely garden to sit in and relax after a long day of swimming. The rooms were clean and had a view of the garden. The best breakfast we've ever had at a hotel, with home made jams, cakes, drinks plus more. The staff were incredibly polite and generous with our checking, and throughout our stay. They even came out to say goodbye.

Lokasyonu çok güzel. Kısıtlı zamanımız olmasaydı burada daha uzun süre kalmak isterdim. Bahadır bey ve mutfakta görevli hanımefendi çok ilgililer, çok samimiler. Kahvaltılarına bayıldık. Hoş bir otel.

Karşılanmanızdan itibaren kendinizi değerli hissettiğiniz, sakin, huzurlu, hoş tasarlanmış oldukça güzel bir konaklama yeri. Otel Akyaka mimarisinin özgün özelliklerini çok güzel bir şekilde yansıtıyor. Odalar küçük ancak şirin. Asıl güzellik otelin bahçesi ve insana dinginlik veren özel kahvaltısı. İnsan her sabaha bu şekilde başlamak istiyor. Otel, çarşının dışında, yolun üzerinde. Akyaka çarşısına yürüyerek 10 dakika. Ancak bu durum oteli daha da güzel kılıyor. Gürültü patırtı yok, arabanızı park edebileceğiniz yerler mevcut.

Huzurlu Bir Deneyim

Bir anda Akyaka'daki planım değişti ve hızlıca bu otelde rezervasyon yaptırdım. Tek beklentim gecemi bu otelde geçirmek ve ertesi gün evime dönmekti. Ancak beklentimin ötesinde, otelde geçirdiğim süre boyunca huzurla doldum. Bahadır Bey çok ilgili, nazik ve profesyonel biri. Her konuda yardımcı oldu ve çok misafirperver bir tavır sergiledi. Bu otelde hiç düşünmeden reservasyon yaptırabilirsiniz. Kendinizi çok huzurlu ve rahat hissedeceksiniz. Dinlenmek için harika bir yer. Ayrıca kahvaltıda yerel yiyecekleri servis ediyorlar. Hem doyurucu hem lezzetli hem de besin değeri yüksek bir kahvaltıydı. Umarım bir daha yolum düşer ve burada kalırım.

Totelya’nın konumu hem sakin çevresi hem de eğlence mekanlarına yürüme mesafesinde olmasıyla gerçekten çok güzel. Ayrıca Akyaka’da terası olan tek otel ve gün boyunca otelde çok keyifli sakin müzikler çalıyor. Akyaka’da bulunduğumuz sürenin son gününde maalesef rahatsızlandık ve otel sahibi Bahadır Bey bizimle arkadaş/abi gibi ilgilendi hatta bizzat odaya gelip nasıl olduğumuzu sordu, hiçbir ricamızı geri çevirmedi. Kendisine ilgisi ve sıcakkanlı misafirperver yaklaşımı için çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Biz denize araçla gidip geldik ancak yürüme mesafesinde de plajlar mevcut zaten Bahadır Bey de yardımcı oluyor öneri noktasında. Her şey için teşekkürler.
