Wonderful hotel for our 10 day stay. All the staff, especially Jucel and Dogan, were so kind and helpful and couldn't have done more to make sure we had everything we needed and took such good care of us. Very clean hotel and the location is perfect for easy access to shops, restuarants, river trips etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will be back next year. Thank you all so much.

Stayed two nights to have a day and a bit to explore Dalyan. Used the hotel solely as an accommodation base. Breakfast good, owner very helpful and does speak excellent English. Sorted taxi for us back to airport. Only other guests we saw were Brits. NOTE: the hotel is not by the river as some maps show. It is only a short walk away however (although in the rain it feels a lot longer)

Delicious breakfast, beautiful place and location. The bed support wasn't the best, my back felt a little bad after 2 nights. The owner is friendly but there is often nobody at the reception so you need to search for a staff in the place.

On arrival we were greeted by the manager. Excellent service. Our room was both large and very comfortable. The pool area was very clean at all times. Although some would like it our only very small issue is that the sunbeds were all in the shade. Breakfast was very nice indeed and filled us until later in the day. The location of the hotel was also very good. A few minutes walk to the boats for the beach. Close to all shops, restaurants and bars. Thank you for a great stay.

It was a lovely hotel, family run by lovely people. The room was clean, and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was proper Turkish and plentiful. The only downside was two showers with no hot water.

Lovely Hotel

Really lovely hotel in a great spot next to all local amenities and tourist attractions. Bus to istuzu beach only 20 lira. Staff fab and arrived early so was offered breakfast free. Really clean rooms that are freshened up daily. Lovely place and so reasonable on price.

Rota hotel Dalyan

We cant wait to return to this tranquil little gem.Set in a quiet area just a very short walk to town .The hotel is spotlessly clean,rooms are comfortable and cleaned everyday.The typical turkish breakfast was very good plenty of fresh bread and beverages.The owners are friendly and welcoming. We liked how peaceful and quiet this small hotel is,no loud music booming and other guests were respectful day and night,just perfect for us.
