It is an excellent property where you can connect with the nature, surrounded by huge beautiful trees. Very relaxing atmosphere, friendly and professional stuff. Modern rooms with new furniture. The breakfast is one of the best in Türkiye.

Understand that we are only staying a night but the rooms given to us were not good. Above the reception area, with a lot of street noise. There were mosquitos in the room, but no machine or repellent. Their restaurants are great though, surprised they don’t have Michelin stars.

Amazing surroundings pool and restaurant . Seems to me all the emphasis is at the restaurant where the food and staff are amazing,well done . The hotel not so much im afraid . I booked a delux plus room for a 50th birthday celebration and messaged the hotel a couple of months in advance with a request for a nice room and to make it extra special, was literally given the worst room in the entire resort., next to reception and by the side of a road with lots of traffic and generator noise all day all night . Others have also mentioned this room being bad in other reviews. We was disappointed to say the least . Complained to reception but they said they were fully booked and to try again tomorrow. The next day we tried again but the expected us to pay to upgrade to another room. Kept saying there fuly booked but didn't see more than a handful of other guests around.I'm sorry to say there is no personal touches here , no warm welcome no one to bring luggage to room , no one to order drinks from around the pool, no mangers on duty to speak with, its such a shame as the gardens and surroundings are stunning. For the price they are charging you expected a certain standard and it missed the mark completely. Better to just visit the restaurant and stay somewhere else , sorry

If you would like to have view of the ER of the Marmaris State Hospital with foodposioning and get BLAMED for it by the hotel than i definitely recommend this hotel. First meal that my wife eat was a straight ticket to the ER. She just ordered a simple Tuna Bowl for lunch and after a couple of hours she started to vomit and this wouldn’t stop until we got to the hospital. The next day we told the hotel that there was something wrong with the food but the way they acted was like if they wanted to put the blame on us. Because the food was “freshly” made and they get delivery daily for fresh fish. Find it hard to believe since the hotel was empty (3 more couples). Instead of simple sorry and you don’t have to pay for the salad, they told us well you need to pay if you don’t we will accept it was our fault that your wife got sick. We just left the place angry and just paid it because things would have got out of hand. Do your self a favor and just keep away from this hotel. The rooms smell, only good thing is the pool i will give credit for that and the staff are friendly but the directors are terrible people.

daha önce rüya gibi bir otelde kalmıştık, üstüne bi otel gelemez diyoduk ama geldi arkadaşlar. inanılmaz bir otel. huzurun en doğru adresi. odaları çok güzel ve tertemiz. kullanılan sabunlar,şampuanlar,duş jelleri en iyi marka. havuzu çok güzel doğanın ortasında cırcır böcekleri sesinde yüzüyorsunuz. özellikle kahvaltısı harika.çok büyük bir serası var, adamlar limonu ağaçtan kopartıp getiriyo, portakalı kopartıyo kekiği patlıcanı biberi enginarı neyse hepsini dalından oracıkta kopartıp hazırlayıveriyor. bu adamlar benim arkadaşım değil sponsor falanda değilim ama kesinlikle şiddetle tavsiye ediyorum. ailecek gidebileceğiniz muhteşem biyer. özel şefleri var yemekleri de çok çok iyi. tek eksi yanı minibar gereksiz pahalı haberiniz olsun. onun dışında her şey harikaydı

Otel gerçekten çok güzel. Konumu, mimarisi, oda konforu oldukça iyiydi. Havuz başı servisinde bir kaç gecikme dışında, konaklamamız boyunca herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık. Alles bestens. Wirklich erholsamer Zimmer, es ist an alles gedacht. Ausser die Kissen sind ein wenig zu hart. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und entgegenkommend, kleine ire probleme die wir hatten wurden umgehend geklärt. Wenn wir wieder in die Region reisen würde ich aufjedenfall wieder ins Nuup.
