Fab Location but very very run down.

Location was fantastic and the staff were very nice. The hotel however was incredibly run down and is screaming out for investment. The pool was empty and in the process of being cleaned when we arrived. They only started filling it the day we left. As the pool is the predominant image on the website for this hotel, i felt a bit cheated. It was very overpriced for the facilities that were available.

lovely location but run down

An overnight stay in the only 3* listed on the site. But we should have stayed in a clean and comfortable pension as this hotel badly needs maintenance and better management. It has seen better days.

Loved the situation of this hotel with beautiful views over the lake! The staff were all lovely. Food was good and loved sitting on the terrace having a few drinks taking in the views. Fab pool. There was nothing not to like about this hotel and we will be back!

Beautiful view and excellent service

We had a wonderful stay at the Kaunos hotel. Fehmi the Manager couldn’t do enough to help us. The view from the hotel is stunning and one of our rooms was lake view which was beautiful. Rooms are simple but immaculately clean with good air conditioning. The pool is a great size and overlooks the lake. The hotel is situated on a lovely promenade with lots of restaurants serving delicious food right on the waters’ edge.

I stayed at kaunos last year. Sadly the old manager died. The hotel has appointed a new manager,who has certainly spruced things up, everything is much cleaner, still a bit tatty, but given time he's going to do an excellent job. Noticed that the staff were much more friendly. The hotel has got the most fantastic view overlooking koycegiz lake. Great place for a goodnight sleep. mostly Turkish residents ,which adds to atmosphere of the holiday

DO NOT STAY HERE

Dont stay here. I’m from australia it was disgusting. Dirty Aircon hardly worked No hot water Shower disgusting. Beds mould The hallway is all dark just has sensor lights. When comaploned they offered me another room and to leave the tap on for 10 minutes to get warm. I left both rooms 15 minutes and was still cold. I packed and left and went down the road to Ozay hotel. Was clean amazing service & good breakfast. Perfect location

This property was rated as very good and it really upset me that a hotel room can be in such an awful state. Grime and dirt and what looks like blood stains on the base of the mattress. It was absolutely revolting. I left immediately. The staircase carpets are in such a awful state , I told the receptionist that he should speak to the owner. Totally unacceptable. Was really angry that it was given sucha good rating. Makes me wonder if these ratings are genuine.

Göle en yakın otel

Arka taraftaki, şehir ve arkasındaki dağlara bakan odalardan birinde kaldık. Önce ön tarafta olmadığımız için dertlenmiştim, fakat sıcak yaz günlerinde arka tarafta kalmanın daha avantajlı olduğunu anladım. Kahvaltı ortamında ve göl kenarında olsun, havuzda olsun manzaraya doyduk. Ayrıca kahvaltısı gayet iyiydi.

Normalde dağ manzarası almıştım ama resepsiyondaki arkadaş göl manzarası verdi. Bunun için çok teşekkür ediyorum. Manzara muazzam. Göl ozellikle sabah çok güzel görünüyor. Gayet tatmin edici bir kahvaltı sunuyor. Göl kenarında kahvaltı keyfi çok harika. Otel odaları gayet temiz. Tam bir fiyat performans oteli.

Otelin konumu mükemmel, göle bakan tarafta bir odada kalırsanız her sabah harika bir manzaraya uyanabilirsiniz. Fakat otel son derece bakımsız ve adeta hobi olarak işletiliyor gibi. Banyoda duşakabin yüzeyleri kir ve kireç lekeleri ile kaplıydı. Havlular beyazdan siyaha dönmüş vaziyetteydi. Otelin havuzunun olduğu yerde bar gibi bir yer var ama sadece otel sahiplerine hizmet veriyormuş, misafirler kafeden içecek alıp havuza geri çıkıyor. Yataktaki bazaya hiçbir giydirme yapılmamış, dümdüz sünger görüntüsü üstüne çarşaf serili ve güzelim manzaralı balkonda tek bir sandalye dahi yok. Çalışanlar ise birbirinden habersiz ve isteksiz iş yapıyor. Kesinlikle fiyat performans açısından yetersiz bir yer, ve kötü işletiliyor. Otelde bir balsyı çifti gördüm, arkadaşlar kesinlikle balayı oteli olacak bir yer değil, estetik namına içerde birşey yok sadece konum güzel.

Köyceğiz otelimiz

Son yıllarda her yıl kaldığımız otelimiz Temizliğinden, kahvaltısından, manzarasından, havuzundan, çalışanlarından, fiyatlarından çok memnunuz. Havuzdaki özel işletme kapatılmış. Tamamen yine sadece otel müşterilerinin kullanımına bırakılmış. Banyosunun ve duşakabinlerin yenilenmesi lazım. Bir de havuza sonradan takılan camlar yüzünden yüzerken artık göl manzarası izleyeceğimize kirli camları izliyoruz onların kaldırılması konusunu yönetimden talep ediyoruz.
