My 3rd time here ! Absolutely love it ! Will be coming back every year! Lovely staff, rooms always clean! Beach just outside the hotel and beautiful view!!! Food is great and entertainment during the holidays are awesome :)

we had an amazing experience spending our holiday there. Amazing people, second to none food and service and everyone is so friendly and nice. They even left a private letter celebrating my birthday to my room. We will definitely go back.

People put their towels down of a night so it’s a challenge being around the pool if you get there after 730. The beach is terrible with beds packed in centimetres apart. The al la carte restaurant was great but the buffet can become monotonous quickly and as a result we ate out a few times. The staff are fantastic, super friendly and helpful.

Enjoyed our stay , staff are so nice and helpful Emin in the restaurant was lovely and so attentive ,Lily in the bar was always chatty and getting our drinks. We were there for a week and couldn't get a lounger by the pool , people out at 4am blocking beds , and beds lying all day with towels and not even used. So annoying. Lots of guests unhappy. The life guard at the pontoon was very helpful he always got us a lounger. Only problem there was lots of people smoking and vaping on the pontoon even although its a non smoking area , again lots of unhappy guests. We are returning next year and hopefully the hotel will have addressed these issues.

We booked a part sea view, turned up was a taxi rank facing no sea what so ever. The food wasn’t the best it definitely is no 5 star I have stayed in better 3 stars. Was good that it was small so made it feel a bit work it but it’s expensive for what we got.

Perfect for an all inclusive break

Best feature was the attentiveness of the staff. Also how clean everything was. Overall though there is nothing to fault except maybe the entertainment which was amateurish. Excellent food, large modern room with a partial sea view which we did not pay extra for, lovely pool and beachfront. Great spa too. Highly recommended.

The place is good, the staff is friendly and the food is good. Overall it was a nice experience and we loved it. Only one thing to note Mr. Habib at the reception is a very helpful and professional person who seeks the satisfaction of the guests but the other young guy over there is really rude and doesn’t even have the basic ethics of hospitality

Positive points: Friendly staff Comfort room Active Entertainment team Things to improve Food quality is low Breakfast time is till 10 and near to end time everybody rush to get all stuff - please be relax Please use more organic and hand-made things in restaurants and bars, not serve ready to make things from the market
