Nice hotel with friendly, attentive, professional staff. We had spectacular views and turtles swimming around the decking during breakfast which made our experience at this hotel that bit more special. Thank you for the warm welcome, hospitality and lovely breakfast!

First rate accommodation

A modern clean bright wonderful riverside hotel (15 min walk from Dalyan center). Surrounded by many cafes, restaurants yet quiet in the evenings. Hotel owners and staff services are excellent. The terrace view of the King’s Tomb and the river over delicious and bountiful Turkish Breakfast is sublime.

Arp Dalyan has a dock on the river with a view to die for. As you eat your Turkish breakfast, you can gaze upon the rock tombs and see a flotilla of tour boats, cruising along the river towards the amazing turtle Beach. The tour boats can pick you up and drop you off right at the dock. The hotel is family owned and family run so you get great service.

Terrific property right on the river with incredible views of the tombs. Our room was clean and spacious with a lovely balcony. The Turkish breakfast was delightful overlooking the river and tombs. Walking distance to the shops, restaurants, and the row boat to the other side of the river and Kaunos. Highly recommend.

Wonderful little hotel!

Everything and everyone involved in this hotel is great! Lovely location. Kind and attentive staff. Delicious breakfasts and tea times. Spotlessly clean. Sit and observe the tombs and the turtles from the riverside dock. Just magical!

Unbelievable view from the hotel porch. We were upgraded to a larger room, which was large and modern and comfortable. Provided tea and sweets around 5 in addition to breakfast. Nice pool. Lunch next door was tasty. Drive to Ituzu beach was gorgeous and the beach fabulous!

Perfect boutique hotel, with amazing staff. the localisation is amazing, no needs to pay for a boat tour. You’re at 20 min far away from turtle beach. You also have chance to see turtle in the morning! Thats a very nice localisation.

Wow one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at everything was perfect lovely room, being right on the river the best view in Dalyan , lovely pool , wonderful peaceful classic music a sense of calm wonderful staff and owners who create this peaceful environment the breakfast being a highlight healthy Turkish and a visit from 3 turtles each morning I can’t wait to go back thank you so much for a perfect holiday

Excellent views of Caunos Tombs and Dalyan river right from the breakfast hall. Good selection of breakfast dishes. However, only tee and coffee are included in the breakfast rate. We found noise cancellation in the rooms to be lacking. Therefore, you might or might not get a good sleep depending on your neighbors.

The Arp is a home from home- I stayed here 4 years ago and was not disappointed. The same high standards of care and attention- comfortable rooms and amazing showers ! In the perfect position by the river and a beautiful pool area and surroundings. I would only say that I would like to see the return of the buffet style breakfast as for me the breakfast can be overwhelming when presented to you and I would like to be able to pick and choose on a daily basis and I would hope it would be less wasteful. Cake served everyday at 5pm with tea and coffee was an absolute treat and delicious. Brilliant place and highly recommended.

A little gem in Dalyan.

Great location, very helpful staff, great breakfast sitting beside the river. and on 3 mornings, whilst having breakfast a turtle swam just below us. Fantastic! Also great views across the river to Kaunos. Free parking (for about 5 cars), and parking nearby is not difficult. Only small problem was the blinds were practically transparent and let too much light in (which woke me too early). The owners say they are addressing this. Only 30-40 mins from Dalaman airport. Overall, a great stay and v good value.

Great experience and we will definitely come back . The only to ‘issues’ were : 1: electricity was cut during a day with 40+ degrees but I understand that it also affected other properties in the area 2.: the blinds are too thin and it’s super bright in the morning . Other than that, the place is a 10 out of 10.
