Probably the best hotel in the island - it’s the perfect location, was very clean. The staff were so helpful - overall great experience. Would recommend for all travellers - couple, family or solo.

This property is located on the beach, and is within walking distance of bars, cafes, restaurants, etc. it is clean, and seems to be brand new. The breakfast that is included is very generous and has a wide range of delicious options. Most of all, it is the warmness of the staff that make this the best choice on Avşan Island- they were friendly and welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel at home. I highly recommend this place.

Annemle 3 günlük bir tatil için tercih ettik. Gerek personellerin güleçliği, gerek temizlik, gerek otelin konumu ve durumu her açıdan güzeldi. Yemekleri gayet güzel ve kahvaltı oldukça çeşitliydi. Avşa’ya tekrar gitsem tekrar burayı tercih ederdim.

Biz çift olarak gittik. Sürekli dışarıda gezeceğimiz, akşam uyumak için odada duracağımız için odadan beklentimiz temiz olmasıydı, normal uygun bir oda seçtik. Temizdi, dolapların bol olması vs kullanışlıydı. Her gün genel bir temizlik yapılıyor. Biz -1 kattaydık, sadece alt katta olduğumuz için havlumuzu mayomuzu kurutmak zor oldu, destek istemedik destek istesek yardımcı olurlardı belki. Oda havadardı ama. Kahvaltıdan beklentimiz denize girmeden önce hızlı pratik bir şekilde doymak olduğundan güzeldi. Salata peynir zeytin poğaça ile tok durduk. Sadece birkaç aldığımız mezesinde tabakta kıl gördük o hoş olmadı muhtemelen yiyeceklerin ağzı açıktı alan müşterilerden bile uçmuş olabilir buna dikkat edilmeli. Temiz rahat ilgili otel. Kendi plajının olması güzel ayrıcalık. Otelden çıkar çıkmaz plaja giriyoruz plajın yeri konumu çok güzeldi avşa merkezdeki temiz kısımdan biriydi. Otelin konumu da çok güzel, her yere yakın ama merkezin gürültüsünden de uzak

Arkadaşlar ile tatil

2 gece 3 günlük ve 3 arkadaş konakladık. Otelin konumu feribottan inince sağ uc kıyıda kalıyor, küçük bir ada olduğu için bu şekilde olması bizim hoşumuza gitti yani yürüyerek rahatça gezebileceğimiz ve plaja yakın olması açısından sevdim diyebilirim. Odaların boyutu ideal, düzenlemesi iyi oldukça rahat ettik. Havuzu güzeldi derinliği 1.5m ve temizdi, aquası iyi-yeterli diyebilirim. Açık büfe kahvaltısı vardı bence çeşitliliği artırmaları ve düzenlerini değiştirmeleri gerekiyor. Bu konuda yetersizdi. Plaj otele ait olmasına rağmen şezlong ücreti istendi konuştuğum zaman belediye ile alakalı olduğunu belirttiler ama bu durumu çözmeleri gerekiyor ki aynı şekilde otelin hamamı bulunuyor ve herhangi bir işlem yaptırmadan girmek isteseniz bile giriş ücreti vermeniz gerekiyor bu da saçma bir durum. 3 kişilik oda ve 3 kişi olmamıza rağmen odamızda ki fincan, kahve su vs gibi şeyler hep 2 kişilikti bu hoş bir davranış değildi.Plaj ve havuz için menüleri hem içerik hem fiyat bakımından ortalama diyebilirim. Biraları 150tl cıvari, bira tabakları 300 tl, tostları 150tl civarındaydı.Balkonları herkesin yan yana oldugu için hem geçiş hem de rahat oturma açısından rahatsız ediciydi ama manzara görünmesi açısından yaptıkları için pek bir şey diyemiyorum. Yakınında gece kulübü bulunduğu için ses gece boyu geliyor ama balkon kapısını kapatınca bayağı azalıyor pek fazla rahatsız etmedi diyebilirimVe en son duş aldığımda banyo tavanında küçük bir sorunla karşılaştık fakat çıkış yapacagımız için
