Rude and unfriendly staff in the morning of check-out. Poor and low quality room that was due for renovation for a long time ago. Very expensive taking into consideration the standard and condition of the room

Le personnel est très courtois et aimable, mais la chambre, a mon avis, n’est pas bien entretenu : porte très difficile à fermer aussi bien de l’intérieur que de l’extérieur (chambre 44), interrupteurs dont on ne sait pas ce qu’ils commandent ! Pas de sèche cheveux (que j’ai eu lors d’un précédent séjour, dans une autre chambre et télévision qui montre de grands signes de fatigue !

Peu d'occupants ce samedi et pourtant on nous a attribué une chambre à côté de voisins bruyants qui sont sortis pour fumer et parler durant toute la nuit. Par ailleurs le wi-fi ne fonctionnait pas! De plus sur internet l'établissement est décrit comme hotel-restaurant mais ce dernier n'est pas ouvert le week-end. Beaucoup de déconvenues. De tous les Campanile que nous avons fréquenté c'est vraiment celui qui ne correspond pas à l'idée que nous avons de cette chaîne.
