Room was really nice and staff were friendly. When we arrived for breakfast a half an hour before last orders there was no bread or pastries left. Half of the cooked breakfast was missing with no explanation and then we discovered that the food was cold but all of the waiters had disappeared so could not complain. I expected more tbh.

Wonderful hotel. Had a short break and the hotel was perfect. Lovely room with balcony. Beautiful setting. Staff were excellent. Went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable as it could be. Highly recommend and planning to return next year for Christmas.

The hotel was ideally located for a stay in Marlow and the views of the river were amazing. Our room was fabulous as we were given a suite as we were on honeymoon. It was huge with it's own balcony and fabulous views. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Dinner in the riverside restaurant was excellent again with views of the river. We would definitely use this hotel again and would recommend.

Lovely hotel on the river. Comfortable and relaxing on the lawn sofas by the river. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Lots of do in the area short walk to town lots of pubs bars restaurants spoilt for choice and lots of lovely shops in the area. The revue says free breakfast - it was NOT!! The hotel is in a ideal position to walk into Marlow town which has lots of different shops on the High Street. Our room was very quiet. Bathroom underfloor heating was good. Parking free for residents.

The rooms are tired and could do with a refresh and a lick of paint. Likewise with the bathroom /fittings. No facilities in room to make a cup of tea; just a coffee machine with unidentified coffee pods. Towels were hard could do with fluffing up. Has to pay extra for a speciality coffee at breakfast which is a bit naughty. For what we paid for two nights, somewhat disappointed. We’ve stayed in better for less. If it weren’t for this hotel’s location, I think it would struggle. On the plus side, the staff were friendly, there’s ample parking and its a stones throw into Marlow!
