“We read the reviews of the motel and made our reservation with some concerns. On arriving, the manager could not have been more friendly. He checked us in quickly and provided us a small carton of milk for coffee and tea. The parking was directly in front of the room. The room was well organised and very clean. “Communication online was courteous & efficient. Stoney Park is well out of the small town, which is fine. So it is quiet and green, lots of space with views over a lake & waterpark activities abandoned for winter. The 2 local places to eat were not serving meals, which necessitated driving into Kempsey or Port Macquarie service centre, about 20min each way, to get dinner. It would have been great to know to bring food!”
