“I was expecting a boutique hotel but it is far from being a boutique. Old building and almost none amenities. The pictures showed a fantastic balcony and it has a terrible view. Super expensive for what it is.”

“The staff is extremely nice, and I was surprised to find a Spanish speaker at the reception. Keep in mind that this is not a 5-star hotel. You get what you pay for. You need to use the stairs to get to the reception on the first floor, but it is cozy, right in the city center and within walking distance of an awesome lake.”

“The room was really nice, the balcony amazing, the staff super nice. Breakfast was nice. Enjoyed the location on the village square, cute and quaint. we stayed there out of the busy seasons so parking wasn't too bad but I can see that being a bit of a struggle during tourist season unless you're riding a motorcycle in which case you get to park at the hotel. That would be the only drawback. We had an amazing stay in the heart of the Alps at a very nice hotel.”
