Clean room, friendly staff, nice indoor pool area. Had an issue with the blow dryer not working, made a call to the front desk and they had a technician at our room within 5-10min to replace it.

requested non smoking room but got one anywas. Rooms are dated for the price, leaking around toilet base, broken safe, broken microwave. The hotel staff all acted like they would rather be anywhere else like we were a bother to them and not much help. Had 2 request to front desk and they never came. Casino was fine but came more for the hotel and resort to relax. Leaving not too excited after $200 dollars for a room that smelt like smoke. Really didnt notice it until settled in. Thought maybe thats just the way room was. But then found the ashtray.

I arrived at night and it was a bit confusing on where the hotel guests should arrive vs the casino entrance. The front desk wasn’t very welcoming. Almost like an inconvenience to check me in. The outside was a bit dirty. As far as the hotel room, needs more lighting in room but was very clean. It’s an older hotel but well maintained. Very kid friendly. I would stay again.

We were there from Sunday - Tuesday and found out Monday evening when we returned to our room that we have to stay 3 nights in order to get our room cleaned. Made 3 requests for clean towels but never received any. Also at booking, requested room on lower floor and did not get it.
