Lovely location near Yosemite - convenient parking to rooms. Had a little trouble finding our room as it was on the backside of the building. Cafe with breakfast offerings was not open as scheduled so that was a bit of a bummer. Room was large and had great coffee maker in room - bathroom had good water pressure in the shower. Beds were comfortable and rooms were quiet and offered a good night's sleep.

Helpful and friendly staff. Clear instructions for check-in. The room was neat and clean and the bed/bedding was comfortable. The shower was tiny and the hot water didn't last more than about 2 minutes without going cold, then getting hot again. The cafe was convenient and delicious!

Our room was very clean and the bed extremely comfortable! The bathroom was also spacious which I appreciated. This property is located right in town and very walkable to restaurants and shopping. If visit Mariposa again, I would certainly stay at River Rock again.

We weren’t sure on driving up, but liked the spacious room and quiet. Within easy walking distance of a BBQ place, tap house, and ice cream shop :) Had a very nice patio area to enjoy in the evening, and a coffee shop on site (but not open Sun/Mon). Would definitely stay here again!
