HĂŽtel fantĂŽme, nous arrivons un samedi Ă  19h30, tout est fermĂ© alors que la rĂ©ception est censĂ©e ĂȘtre ouverte jusqu’à 20h. Nous cherchons notre chambre entre les deux bĂątiments. Quand nous demandons par tĂ©lĂ©phone Ă  accĂ©der au jacuzzi (alors que le jour mĂȘme j’avais eu la propriĂ©taire pour connaĂźtre les heures d’accĂšs, cette derniĂšre m'avait indiquĂ© pouvoir en bĂ©nĂ©ficier jusqu’à 20h45) elle m’indique qu’il Ă©tait trop sale et qu’il est en rĂ©gĂ©nĂ©ration. Nous avions rĂ©servĂ© cet Ă©tablissement pour cet Ă©quipement. J’émets un doute quant Ă  la saletĂ© du jacuzzi. Il me paraĂźt plus crĂ©dible qu'il ait fallu le fermer, car plus personne n'Ă©tant sur place, comment aurait-il Ă©tĂ© possible de fermer la porte ?!? Aucune excuse, aucune remise en question ou proposition commerciale. Quand le lendemain nous rencontrons la propriĂ©taire et que nous lui mentionnons notre impression d’avoir Ă©tĂ© pris pour des imbĂ©ciles au tĂ©lĂ©phone et qu’on nous avait mal parlĂ©, la seule rĂ©ponse qui fuse : "ça fait 43 ans et on ne m’a jamais dit cela !!!" Je pense justement que c’est le problĂšme : ça fait peut-ĂȘtre trop 43 ans

un Logis de France de standing

L'hĂŽtel Blanc est divisĂ© en deux parties : une partie dite "maison" historique et pleine de charme et un nouveau bĂątiment tout neuf mais moins charmant. CĂŽtĂ© restaurant, il y a une salle gastronomique et en hiver un cĂŽtĂ© brasserie typĂ© savoyard et proposant des spĂ©cialitĂ©s locales. Les chambres cĂŽtĂ© "maison" sont spacieuses et confortables mĂȘme si certains dĂ©tails gĂȘnent (une baignoire mais pas de pare-douche, TV minuscule...).
