Staff was courteous and room okay. I almost felt like I was staying at a hostel, but what can you expect. You get what you pay for. I have stayed at other Days Inns and this one was by far the most nothing furnished I have stayed in.

Quick Overnight Stay

Very comfortable. Clean spacious rooms. Enjoyed our overnight stay very much. Wish they had a continental breakfast. Certainly have room for it.

It’s nice it’s not horrible rooms are spacious… has big tvs and the showers are clean.! I’d definitely recommend and stay again when I’m in town. Only con is the breakfast bar it’s very limited but it didn’t break my rating

Unacceptable Cleanliness and Maintenance Standards

Our stay was very disappointing due to multiple issues. The room’s light switch didn’t work unless held a certain way, which we only learned after a maintenance person came in. The AC was extremely loud and outdated—it kept waking me up throughout the night. There were visible stains on the bed sheets and towels. We requested extra linens just to cover them and avoided using the towels entirely. The tables and nightstands hadn’t been wiped down; one even had a sticky residue. A staff member handed us just two hand wipes and told us to clean them ourselves. The TV remote looked dirty and hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, so we didn’t use it. Even more concerning, we found several baby cockroaches in the room. I killed three—one in the bathroom and two in the room itself. This made us extremely uncomfortable. To add to that, our friend in another room asked for a roll of toilet paper and was told the hotel was completely out. In our room, four people were left with just half a roll. Thank goodness we only stayed overnight! The overall cleanliness, maintenance, and basic amenities were far below standard. We expected much better and hope management seriously addresses these issues.

NEVER AGAIN will I stay here. The property is under renovation. Elevator dirty, carpet in hallways very dirty and old. The key cards didn’t work at time of check in and the poor clerk had to go with each guest to the room and unlock it with a master key. The poor lady was going crazy. Our check in took 40 minutes because we had guests ahead of us. We paid a $50 deposit for a renovated room, which we got back t check out. Our room was clean, new laminated floors, washroom was good. There were no hangers in an open closet, no ice bucket(only the plastic bag), no coffee maker, no coffee anywhere and and no breakfast , even though on the website shows breakfast. Total disappointment! I book on line and could not cancel.

This is the worst experience my family had in a hotel room ( if you can called this a hotel). The rooms were very dirty, dirty blankets with old stains from food. Towels with blood stains and they claimed it was clean ones. After check in is only 15 minutes to cancel so we couldn’t do it. It is sad and unacceptable that management allowed this to happens, when we went to complain they said they don’t have anything clean to give us. Expedia should take this people out from there site.
