The staff was very friendly, even though our room was not ready after 4pm. They then fixed it within 20+ minutes. In Expedia, it is mentioned that the center of town is 3 minutes away by car, but it is more like 10 minutes. And what is called a "mountain view" is a view on the parking lot.

The property is ideally situated away from the noise and pollution of the city, offering a peaceful and relaxing environment. Despite its tranquil setting, it’s conveniently accessible with taxis and buses readily available for transportation. The complimentary breakfast was a highlight of my stay. It featured an all-you-can-eat buffet with a wide variety of delicious options, ensuring there was something for everyone. The quality and presentation were truly outstanding. Additionally, the on-site amenities, including the pool and sauna, provided a luxurious and relaxing experience. Dinner was another standout feature. For just 21 euros per person, the all-you-can-eat buffet offered an unbelievable variety of dishes, all expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. Each evening brought a new selection of culinary delights, showcasing the skill and professionalism of the kitchen staff. Overall, this property offers an unbeatable combination of comfort, convenience, and value. Worst hotel ever

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Arrived no hot water, internet did not work for two days,there was a bat in our room one day. Room was very hot. Room was very sparse not even Kleenex. Very kid friendly kids running up and down hill from early morning to night. Not recommended if you do not have kids

war ganz ok

nettes Personal Hallenbad war schön groß, sauber und auch sehr angenehm warm Essen war nicht so besonders (hat mich an Kantinenessen erinnert) ganz schlimm war das Bett bzw. die Matratze, bekam fürchterliche Rückenschmerzen. die Sauberkeit könnte auch verbessert werden, Zimmer waren nur sehr flüchtig geputzt
