Erholsamer Kurzurlaub mit Freunden

Es war ein erholsamer, kurzer Aufenthalt. Aber ausreichend, um Marianske Lazne und einzelne Sehenswürdigkeiten der Umgebung kennenzulernen. Die Stadt ist sehr gut fußläufig zu ergründen. Zentrum und Kurpark sind schon nach ca. 200 m erreicht. Im Hotel gibt es leider kein Schwimmbad, aber kostenlose Saunen und zahlreiche gesundheitsfördernde Anwendungen. Letztere sind auch wegen der recht harten Matrazen zu empfehlen ;). Trotz Minibar auf dem Zimmer wäre ein Getränkeautomat wünschenswert gewesen, wenn man abends im Klubraum zusammensitzt. Abendessen ist relativ teuer, wenn man nicht HP gebucht hat (350 Kronen/15,50 EUR). Dafür ist das Salatbüffet reichlich und inklusive.Das Personal - Servicekraft und Zimmermädchen in Personalunion - war sehr nett, entgegenkommend und agil bei der Bedienung der Gäste. Parken kann man direkt am Hotel. Das Parken kostet 80 Kronen/Tag. Euro nimmt der Automat auch, aber nur stundenweise. Darauf hat das Hotel aber keinen Einfluss. Leider waren einige Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung ab November geschlossen, was in Prospekten nicht ersichtlich war.

The hotel offers double beds, but only have 2 singlembeds in room. The picture with double is from the only one room which obtains it. When we wanted the superior room we offered, the staff couldnt help us. When we confronted the reception with this and wanted our money back, she started to use very offensive language and we have to leave as we felt very uncomfortable. Most staff is only russian speaking and the rooms are definitely not in the condition that they offer on webside. They only have there pictures from the best ones. Definitely our worst hotel experience, especialy with the receptionist. Can not recomend this place to anybody.

Schönes Haus und ebensolche Zimmer. Zimmerpersonal nett, genau so wie im Restaurant. An der Rezeption, bis auf den Anreisetag, das ganze Gegenteil. Die Sauna ist ordentlich, aber ein wenig zu klein für die Zimmeranzahl. Ein echtes Problem stellt das Parken dar, da man ständig an die Parkuhr muss. Im Großen und Ganzen ist das Haus aber jederzeit weiter zu empfehlen, zumal es ideal gelegen ist.

hundefreundliches Hotel am Nordrand Marienbads

Wir waren zusammen mit unserem Golden Retriever Gäste im Hotel. Probleme gab es bei der Ankunft, da der Empfang weder Englisch noch Deutsch verstand. Es mussten weitere russisch-sprachige oder tschechischsprachige Hotelgäste zu Hilfe gezogen werden. Ansonsten war das Personal am Empfang und im Speisesaal aber sehr hilsbereit. Hatte man Verpflegung (z.B. Frühstück oder Halbpension) mitgebucht, so wurden die Speisen schon nach kurzer Öffnungszeit des Speisesaals nicht mehr nachgelegt. Es gab dann teilweise nur noch ein Gericht von drei Gerichten oder keine Brötchen etc. mehr. Ansonsten waren die servierten Speisen einfach, aber in Ordnung. Leider gab es seit 2019 keine freien Parkplätze mehr vor dem Hotel (Parkuhren). Ein kleines Manko: Unser Golden Retriever durfte leider nicht mit in den Speisesaal. Das wurde aber durch die für Hundebesitzer günstige Waldrandlage, und durchaus großer Kurpark- und Citynähe von Marienbad mehr als ausgeglichen! Ein sehr hundfreundliches Hotel gegen leider sehr hohe Hundgebühr von 20 Euro als Manko und eine hundefreundliche Lage.

Отель нам очень понравился. По приезде приветственный напиток в виде сока пришёлся очень кстати, да и просто приятно. Очень внимательные и приятные девушки на рецепции, много нам помогали в наших многочисленных вопросах. Хороший и вкусный завтрак! Отель расположен рядом с парком и в тоже время практически в самом центре Лазней. Из недостатков - это отсутствие сеток на окнах: полная комната всякого рода жучков, паучков, комаров и т.п., очень плохой WiFi, а точнее, его полное отсутствие. И ещё хотелось бы, чтобы горничные следили за мыльными принадлежностями. Мыло положили только по-приезде и больше не докладывали, в результате до отъезда нам мыла не хватило. В целом отель однозначно рекомендуем!

Cet Hôtel est sans structure, il ne mérite pas plus que 2 étoiles. L'hôtel pourrait aviser les clients des conditions de parking devant l'hôtel vis à vis de la police. En aucun cas nous ne pourrions pas recommandé cet hôtel à qui que ce soit.

A week in a different world

Fabulous little spa town - architecture makes it seem like living in a Christmas cake! Everything closes by 10 p.m. - no noisy parties in the middle of the night. Hotel very comfortable and room solidly furnished.

Das Hotel liegt auf einer Anhöhe über dem Kurzentrum das in fußläufiger Entfernung liegt. Es ist ein kleineres Hotel - die Zimmer sind ansprechend und sehr sauber. Freundlicher Empfang - der Saunabereich verträgt nicht mehr als 4 Personen (2 Liegen und 2 Stühle).

Das ist kein 4 Sterne Hotel!!

Das Frühstück Angebot ein Witz!!....migro Platten mit ein wenig billig Wurst und Käse. Kein Salat?....lieblos serviert! Das Personal auch nicht sympatisch, irgendwie machten sie ein gestresster Eindrück!? Sehr komische Sitzordnung wo man nie wusste wo man sitzen sollte.... Sauna Landschaft!? Fehlanzeige!! ...eine Sauna und eine InfrarotSauna im engen Raum. Lieblos eingerichtet ab 3 Personen.. .schon kritische Zustände!?....Ein "Caffee Club" auch ein Witz, das ist ein Leseraum wenn schon, aber mit Kaffee nichts zu tun. Im Hotel auch kein Pool, kein Whirlpool.... und das alles 4 Sterne!????

Hübsches Hotel am Rande der Kurortschaft .

Es war nur kurz, ein kurzer Aufenthalt , aber für die , die Ruhe bevorzugen ist wirklich zu empfehlen .Ein bisschen sportlich muss man auch sein , weil es zimlich "hoch " liegt .Obwohl es sauber war , gab es paar "Stellchen "' die die vier Sterne des Hotels nicht gerade rechtfertigen . Aber SEHR FREUNDLICH UND NETT.... Ich werde gern wiederkommen und auch empfehlen .
