My wife and I had a wonderful stay due primarily to a wonderful, caring and humane staff. When we checked in Jana and Petr immediately made us feel at home at this beautiful facility. The warm atmosphere continued throughout everywhere we went including the treatment by the restaurant staff, especially our waitress Katerina. We are grateful for our visit here.

True 5-star experience from parking to spa. Great breakfast and dinner tasting menu. Good wine list also. Pools open early & late. Area around hotel gives easy access to shopping and sights. Absolut empfehlenswert. Wir fahren seit 20 Jahren in dieses Hotel und werden es noch lange tun. Super nettes Personal, extrem gute Speisen, sehr gute Zimmer und zum Wohlfühlen eine tolle Badelandschaft und Spa Bereich. Auch ein kleiner aber gut ausgestatteter Fitnessraum ist vorhanden.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem 5-Sterne-Hotel vom 1.2. bis 3.2. im Zimmer 130 war enttäuschend und entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen. Besonders störend war, dass wir am Samstag um 8:48 Uhr trotz des „Bitte nicht stören“-Schilds vom Zimmerservice geweckt wurden. Wir wollten ausschlafen und das Frühstück bis 11 Uhr nutzen, was nicht möglich war. Das Zimmer hatte ausgebleichte Flecken auf dem Teppich, Silberfische im Badezimmer und eine fehlende Tagesdecke. Morgens war es laut, da die Warenanlieferung direkt vor unserem Zimmer stattfand. Ein Föhn war nicht vorhanden und wurde erst nach Anfrage bereitgestellt. Das Wasser wurde am zweiten Tag nicht ersetzt. Im Restaurant war das Personal überfordert. Am ersten Abend warteten wir 30 Minuten auf die Vorspeise und mussten mehrfach nach dem bestellten Wasser fragen. Der Spa-Bereich war schön, aber die anderen Saunen waren zu kalt. Die Massage hinterließ leider blaue Flecken. Positiv war das freundliche Personal an der Rezeption, aber leider konnte der Aufenthalt die erholsame Auszeit, die wir uns erhofft hatten, nicht bieten.
