Accueil déplorable en arrivant. La personne passe à côté de moi pour aller en cuisine. J ai du attendre plusieurs minutes avant qu elle se presente derrière l accueil J etais pressé, elle ne pouvait pas le savoir, mais quand un client arrive, je pense que la priorité est de l accueillir. Une fois cela dit, le séjour s est globalement bien passé sans être extraordinaire. La salle de bain est vraiment trop petite. Petit dejeuné complètement ok. Juste le plateau est trop petit. Départ ok malgré des difficultés pour obtenir une facture. Dernier detail, quand on demande un paiement sur place, vous n avez pas l autorisation de débiter la carte de crédit la veille. Je ne reviendrais pas à cet hôtel.

Séjour à Sure Hotel by Best Western -Margueritte

l’accueil était chaleureux, avec une équipe disponible et à l’écoute. La chambre, bien équipée, offrait tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour agréable : lit douillet, espace fonctionnel et une ambiance reposante après une journée bien remplie. Le matin, le petit-déjeuner était un vrai moment de plaisir, proposant un buffet varié, idéal pour commencer la journée du bon pied. L’hôtel a été un point stratégique parfait , vous permettant de vous reposer avant vos excursions, tout en étant proche des lieux clés de votre week-end. Une expérience fluide et confortable qui a apporté un équilibre parfait entre détente et découverte.
