The staff was wonderful!!! When we checked in it was late and she had us go to a spot a few minutes away (walking distance literally 2minutes) and we were beyond thrilled with the delicious hot meal and drinks even though it was after 9:00pm. The next morning was the most relaxing check out process and breakfast we could ask for!! The fig Jelly was delicious as was the whole meal by the sweet, helpful lady who prepared it! Customer service was top notch- it was so peaceful and beautiful- it looks like a postcard!! We would love to return- All hikers should really enjoy the numerous trails we saw and take a look at this place too- not to mention the price was unbelievable!!! 😊

BUGS! I walked into my room with several dead and alive bugs including roaches ants bed bugs and spiders. I asked for a new room and was told nothing else was available. I didn’t stay for more than 10 minutes and went to a hotel town the street. I would recommend trying Valbona Resort and spa instead. Very similar price and clean and air conditioning. This property did not have air conditioning in the room either.

Wir waren zunächst die einzigen Gäste und man merkte dem Zustan des Hotels an, dass sehr wenig Betrieb ist. Eigentlich schade denn die Lage ist gut und das Hotel ist schön, hat aber einige Mängel, wie wackeliges Waschbecken, loser Klodeckel. Schade!
