Really loved my long weekend here! Rooms are huge and kitchen is such a fab bonus along with the sitting room! Was great to be so close to everything as I was on my own! Lovely staff, super friendly and motel was clean and tidy! I will stay again for sure!!

Comfortable room in a very convenient location to access Margaret River main street. We enjoyed our stay here. There were a few things that could have been better though - refridgerator in room was very noisy (we had to actually turn if off to get some sleep), the door to the room rattles in the outside wind (we had to put some cardboard under it to get sleep), the TV connection was a bit dodgy.

Attended a wedding at Margaret River and would’ve had only 45 mins to get ready between 2pm check in and bus pick up at 2.45. Hotel allowed us to arrive and check in early giving us plenty of time and no stress. This was much appreciated. Very friendly staff and great service and location. Would stay again.

We had a lovely time at Higgins Lane for 4nights in November. Firstly it is a great location,within walking distance to restaurants,pubs and shopping. Secondly the staff is very accommodating and very friendly. There were a couple of things needing replacing in the room and it was seen to quickly with no issues. Thirdly the room itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfy ,bathroom very clean and having the use of kitchenette facilities made our stay very enjoyable. Booking an accommodation site unseen from Canada can be nerve wracking but we had no worries and would recommend this motel without hesitation. Also the Wifi was excellent too.
