I was in Room 1, which faced Busell Highway so the traffic noise really did impede my stay as I was looking for a quiet relaxing time, let's just say no sleep ins were had in Room 1. Also a very strong smell in the bathroom, think it was coming up through the drain hole, 1st morning no hot water, (which I mentioned and was fixed by that afternoon) the shower was spraying everywhere and there was also a piece broken off the shower head, so if it wasn't under pressure the shower head would just drop to the floor.

Spa in 2 bedroom unit worked very briefly once then came on hours later when it was empty of its own accord. Needed to be disconnected. No apologies or recompense offered. Bathroom hand basin had no plug at all. Toilet in need of renewing- in fact the whole bathroom needs renovating. And the price we paid for this unit was way too much for the standard of it. Bed was comfortable

Asked last minute to extend our stay, plans on camping got crushed by the rainy weather. The selection of free DVD's helped make a rainy night a cosy and comfortable movie night in. Very nice rooms with clean everything. will probably stay here again when I need to go to Margret river next.

Great little property close to the Main Street in town. The room was clean, comfortable and warm. The decor is a little rustic/old but cozy and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly when we were late checking in.

Good location

We stayed for a couple of days. Conveniant location, could walk to cafes and shops. Bbq on site was a bonus. Only drawback was the hot water. It went from hot to cold in the middle of a shower.

Great location and value

The location was superb, at the river end of the main road through Margaret River; though it was on the highway, it was very quiet. Handy to shops, restaurants, etc. Some lovely gardens on the site. Queen-size bed was comfortable, and room well-appointed. Supplies restocked daily. Staff friendly and helpful. Shower had plenty of hot water, but difficult to balance cold+hot. Free WiFi handy (though a little slow).

What did we like!!👍💝🙅‍♀️🍻 We were so please with our choice. No kidding !👍 even though the main street was being dug up it didn't matter. Our room was everything plus more. Clean amazing australia timber furnishings, clean, friendly helpful staff, ourdoor area, even pepper salt, gladwrap. These guys have gone the extra 100 miles. And we would like to say thank you and yes we will be back.
