Apartamentos en Maresfield

“This place is little better than a youth hostel: unwelcoming, grim, dirty and unsafe. You would do better sleeping in a skip. There are no human beings involved in the entire process; all communication is through WhatsApp. Upon "registering" you are presented with a series of additional charges not mentioned on the booking site before "check-in". The "hotel" is completely unmarked on a grotty street just off the beachfront. It apparently operates under multiple names. The front door to the...

“Great location”

“Beautiful studio in an absolute excellent location. Can’t wait to come back!!”

“Gorgeous flat, quiet, really comfortable, fantastic set up with everything you need in the kitchen, clean, and even a couple of croissants left for breakfast. The bed was comfy, the room was dark and a blackbird very gently woke us up at a reasonable time in the morning. “This property is in disrepair and is not being maintained. One part of the floor is sinking and propped by loose boards. There is an overall smell of mildew/mold throughout the place, and most of the surfaces need a good cleaning. In the bathroom the shower tap is rigged so that you cannot increase the temperature past a moderate level, and the shower door is falling off the frame. I also came across many spiders. ”

“The property itself is really nice. Very comfortable and within a short walk to most places someone would want to go. The checkin was a little out of the way, and the areas around the front of the building at full of trash, homeless people, and a stench of urine. It is also a very loud area at night and the apartment itself doesnt do well with keeping the sound out. It could be a really nice place with a little TLC. ”
