This is a wonderful hotel in a great location the manager even upgraded us as well, thank you. He even had a parking place for our motorcycle.

Very clean and beautiful historical building. Beautiful view from hotel terraces, not from the room. A lot of stairs. Rooms need to be aired a little since it’s a old stone building.

Absolutely beautiful hotel that has been carefully restored. Great location in the old town close to many restaurants. I booked a delux double that came with a shared balcony and worth the extra for this balcony area you can sit on. The room was beautifully appointed and very clean. Breakfast was plentiful and the valet parking was a highlight as parking would otherwise have been very difficult. Staff were very professional. Overall an excellent hotel and I would recommend it highly.

The great old-fashioned inn, with a view (just as everywhere in Mardin), the room was comfortable, I got upgraded to a larger room, so I really have to be satisfied. The only problem is the parking space, but it's a problem of Old Mardin altogether.

Comfortable, quiet, convenient

This was my first trip to Mardin and I was extremely pleased with this hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast buffet was superb. The location was good. We were able to park our car at the hotel, which was a plus given how crowded and narrow the old city's streets are. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

It is a beautiful castle hotel is in the middle of the old town. Very comfortable with great breakfast You can walk around and it is safe. It is very difficult to get with Google, but that will happen with all hotels in Mardin .

The hotel is in old Mardin city. Almost all the tourist location in the old city are walkable. The drive to the property can be tricky through small market lane. The hotel retains the beauty and charm of the Arquid architecture. And the open terrace give you a view overlooking the plains below. The hotel ataff are extremely polite and kind.

This is our favorite hotel in our 21day trip in Turkey. It is amazingly beautiful and so convinent to walk around. The hotel staffs were very helpful they assited us in parking, carring our luggages to our room, giving us suggestions to the nearby restaurants and major attractions. We had a wonderful time there. We would like to come back if possible. Oh, their free breakfasts were so lavish and colorful. We were just stunned. Highly recommend it.

Mardin is an old city with narrow streets but the facility takes care of managing parking in the area around the hotel. A bigger issue is how Google Maps or Apple Maps handles driving to the property as both apps attempt to send you through streets that are not really passable. We were lucky to find a friendly resident who jumped in the car with us to guide us the right way - in exchange for a ride downtown.

Book this hotel if you are staying in Mardin.

This hotel is worth the money! It's in a very central location right in the old town. We stayed for 4 nights and felt very comfortable the whole time. It was such a nice feeling to tour the surrounding area and then come back to our stone room and AC and relax for a bit before going out for dinner. The hotel also has an amazing view from the main building. It looks out onto the Mesopotamian plane... amazing! The staff at Ulubey Konağı hotel were also great. The valet service is terrific and the people working there, at the front desk, and in the kitchen/restaurant were always there to help. You could tell that they take good service seriously. I would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

This property sits in the heart of the old town and is in excellent condition given the fact that it is 300 years old. The view from the terrace is fantastic and our room was super clean. There are very steep stairs since the old structure has been kept. Parking is just awful and very difficult to find the hotel- because this is old town. Call up front office for guidance to reach the hotel. Very easy to just get out and walk around. Lots of shops around. For those looking for an authentic experience this is priceless. We all loved it.
