This was a fantastic place to stay. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful . We had a great taxi tour and would recommend doing this. Great value for the tour. The hotel was up the top end of town and easy walk to the sites.

First time visiting this hotel and I got impressed. The hotel is convenient located in the old city of Mardin. The staff is very helpful. The offers a dinner and a love show with an extra charge. The food and the music is wonderful. I traveler as a female solo travel and I feel very safe all the time. I will definitely come back

Eski mardin in kuzeyinde kaleye doğru, merkeze 5-10 dakika yürüme uzaklığında, kış zamanında olduğu için taş konak soğuk idi çalışan arkadaşlar sağolsun elektrikli soba verdiler, kale manzarası ve Mezopotamya manzarası mevcut otelinin terasında ,bazı odalarda manzaraya bakıyordu bizimki bakmıyordu , genel olarak fiyat performans açısından uygun , personelleri ise mükemmel herhalde Mardin çevresinde en iyi niyetli ve yardımsever insanlardı.

Banyoda su hemen isinmadi ama bekleyince isindi. Ilk gece odada usuduk, klima isitmaya yetmedi. Sonraki gece soba verdiler kalan 3 gece daha rahatti. Kahvalti guzel doyurucu. Calisanlar ilgili ve kibar. Bize otel disinda da yardimci oldular. Herkese tesekkur ederiz.

Çok keyifli bir terası vardı, oda tertemizdi, kahvaltı yeterliydi. İlgi alaka ise gerçekten müthiş, yürüyerek her yeri gezebiliyorsunuz ve size çarşı girişine kadar eşlik de edebiliyorlarmış dilerseniz. Eski Mardin ruhunu ve dokusunu hissedebileceğiniz bir konaklama yeri.

Tek kelime ile Harikaydı. O kadar otel gezdim, hiç biri böyle temiz ve fevkalade degildi. Aile icin 10 numara. Temiz. Hamam özellikle çok güzeldi. Gps ile otele giderken son noktada aracinizi park edin, 40 metre hemen ileride otel. Bütün çalışanlara teşekkür ederim.

Oncelikle otel kucuk butik bir isletme. Tas bina ve alt katta giriste bir odada kaldik oldukca genis ve hava cok soguk oldugu halde sicacik bir odaydi. Klima calistirmaya ihtiyac duymadik ne sicak ne soguk icin... tas bina olmasi sebebiyle taslardan dokulen bir toz var ama bizi rahatsiz etmedi. Onun disinda da gayet temizdi ber yer. Esyalar biraz eski ve belki biraz bakimsiz duruyor ama calisanlarin tavri o kadar sicak ki bunlari gormuyorsunuz bile. hizmette sinir tanimiyorlar ve cok guler yuzlu cok ilgililer. 24 saat cay var istediginiz her an isterseniz odaniza dahir getirebiliyorlar. Kahvalti standart peynir zeytin yumurta cay sigara boregi ve patates kizartmasindan ibaret ki son derece yeterli... otelin terasi mevcut ve manzarasi gauet guzel ancak eski mardinin en ucunda kaldigindan camileri gormuyor. Direkt mezepotamyaya aciliyor. Gunbatimi ve dogumunda renkler cok guzel oluyor. Otoparki yok anca otele 2 dk yurume mesafesi olan bir kosede her zaman yer bulmak mumkun. Tek sikinti o mesafenin yer yer merdivenli ve azicik yokus olmasi olabilir valiz tasimak adina onda da otel gorevlileri yardimci oluyorlar. Ayrica ilk gun arabanizi park ettiginiz yerde sizi karsilayip otele kabul edip ilk cikip merkeze gitmek istediginizde de size eslik ediyorlar... eski mardindeki her noktaya da yuruyerek gitmeniz mumkun...
