We have traveled to many parts of the world and have stayed in many hotels. I can easily say that this hotel and the services we received was, by far, the best experience. The manger was super helpful and available to help in any way possible. I want to especially thank the gentleman at the check-in desk. Even though we didn't speak each other's language, he made us feel at home and interacting with family. He went out of his way to be helpful to us. I can't wait to come back to not only this hotel but also to see the staff again. Thank you for making us feel so special and welcomed.

Beautiful Mardin

It was one of the better experiences I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service for a perfect stay. The hotel service was excellent and the location was perfect. Will stay here again when im back!

A fantastic stay in Mardin. Slightly difficult to manoeuvre with cars but easily accessible by foot. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Hotel was super clean with new appliances and very well taken care of. Thank you for the incredible stay and tour of the beautiful Mardin.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Staff is always available whenever you need them. Very spacious and clean room. We even had a small hamam in our room making it very authentic The architecture is very unique to Mardin. The hotel gives a great breakfast included in the price; so many choices and everything fresh and delicious. Just make sure that you can do steps. Because of the location of the hotel the only way to get to it from the main road is to either climb steps or take the longer way walking uphill. The hotel is within walking distance to “old Mardin”, and steps away from nice restaurants. I recommend it highly

Kahvaltı sınırlı ve her gün aynı, 3 gün kalınca aynı şeyleri yemek zor oldu. Ayrıca bir sahanda yumurta yok, patates kızartması yok. Sıcak olarak haşlanmış yumurta çıkıyor. Park yerleri var, eski Mardin için çok iyi ancak 2. gece geç geldiğim için yer yoktu ama anahtarı alıp yardımcı oldu arkadaşlar. Temizlik ilk girişte güzeldi ancak 3 gün kaldık oda da hiç temizlik yapılmadı. Çöplerin değişmesini istedim değiştirdiler ancak yere düşen havlu vardı banyoda değiştirirler diye umuyordum, ilk gün kahve içtik odadaki kahve makinesi ile fincanlar kirlendi kahve içmek için yeni fincan konulur diye düşündüm olmadı.Hizmette çok yetersizler. Oda çok güzeldi. Rahatlatıcı ve huzur veriyor.

Gönül rahatlığı ile gidin. Banyosundan odasına her şey çok temiz ve kaliteli. Mezapotamya manzarası ile çok çeşitli kahvaltısı harikaydı. Akşam da piyano dinledik restoranda. Otoparkı olması mükemmel bir detay. Üstelik çok yürüme mesafesi yok otoparktan. Girişte çok nazik karşıladılar ve ilgilendiler. 2 dk yürüyerek 1.cadde çarşısında gezmeye başlayabilirsiniz. Çok tavsiye ediyorum.
