We’re had a beautiful time there. The people are so in kind. We’re book again the hotel and can recommend that a lot. It’s clean, middle in the old city center Mardin. In front of the hotel is a bus station. They all the time available at the reception. 100 Prozent clean and good! And the price is good also

A nice new build hotel butik style. However we had breakfast booked but it wasn’t served as it wasn’t available due to it being a new hotel. Not set up as yet. Also the 2 family rooms booked (2 adult and 2 child) they only had 1 of that type of room So we had to compromise and take an additional room as they also did not have any pullout sofa or beds. We did get to a resolution but I was asked for more money but I refused and they accommodated in the end. Hotels.com was to blamed by management.

Personel güler yüzlü ve yardimseverdi odalar temizdi sadece bizim kaldigimiz oda zemin kat olmasi nedeniyle gece çok soğuktu ekstra dan ısıtıcısı istemek zorunda kaldik birde resepsiyonla ayni kat olmasi nedeniyle butun sesler odadaydi 8 den sonra uyumak biraz zor çalisanlarin biraz daha sessiz olmasini isterdim tavsiyem diğer katlarda oda tutmaniz

3泊しました。 観光の中心地へ行くには15分くらい歩く必要があります。 景色が良い屋上はいつでも自由に使用出来るので大変良かったです。 部屋からの景色も本当に素敵でした。

Otel temizdi. Muhtemelen yeni restore edilmiş. Özellikle resepsiyonda çalışan arkadaş çok nazik ve beyefendi biriydi. Özellikle ekstra 2 yıldızı arkadaş için veriyorum. Otelin konumu biraz zor. Araç ile ulaşılmıyor. Biz maalesef çok uğraştık bulmak için. Ancak otelin bir suçu yok. Çünkü bu durumu bilerek gittik. Ayrıca keşke arasaydınız, yardımcı olurduk dediler. Tek olumsuz göreceğim durum teras. Çok güzel teras var. Ama 2 defa çıktım, çay yoktu. Terasta oturup çay içmek isterdim. Bu durum çok önemli değil ama geliştirsinler diye yazıyorum

2 gece konakladığımız harika bir tatil deneyimiydi. Otel gerek konumu itibari ile olsun gerek temizliği,manzarası,personelin ilgisi ile bizden 10/10 puan aldı :) Özellikle resepsiyonda bulunan Mehmet beyin her sorunda yardımcı olması ilk gün itibarıyla çözüm odaklı olması ve güler yüzü için çok teşekkür ediyoruz. İyi ki geldik tadı damağımızda kaldı en kısa zamanda tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle:)
