Es war sehr laut. Wir wissen nicht ob es das Personal war oder andere die dort gebucht hatten, plötzlich hat Nachts um 1 Uhr jemand laut vor dem Zimmer telefoniert und das alle 3 Nächte. Und was auch nicht so toll war, wir hatten ganz höflich gefragt, ob wir eine stunde früher frühstücken können, weil wir früh abfahren mussten, wurde sofort beneint und gesagt, dass das Frühstück zwischen 9-11 uhr ist. Was unserer Meinung viel zu spät anfängt. Und das Frühstück wurde von der Menge weniger, am 3. Tag war eindeutig weniger als am 1. Tag.

Jakuzili odada kaldık. Gayet temizdi oda. Çalışanlar ilgiliydi. Ancak sadece manzarası daha iyi olabilirdi. Fotoğraflarda daha güzel bir manzara gözüküyordu.gittiğimizde ise önü binalarla kapanmıştı biraz. Yine de odamızdan memnun kaldık. Odalarda klima var

Otel merkeze çok yakın ulaşımı kolay. Sadece ilk defa gidiyorsanız taksiyle gidin. Biz üç kişilik 2.kattaki odalarda kaldık. Gayet temizdi. Otel çalışanları çok yardımcı oldular saolsunlar. Kahvaltı da gayet güzeldi. Biz memnun kaldık :)

verilen ücret karşılığında alınan hizmet gerçekten çok kötüydü...evet yeni bir tesis gibi görünüyordu ve eksiklerini henüz tamamlamamış olabilir lakin bu aldıkları ücretten hiç bir fedakarlık yapmalarını düşündürtmüyorsa hizmet kalitelerini de ona göre vermeleri gerekiyor. duş gideri çalışmıyordu. duş aldıgınız esnada bi anda her taraf su doldu. kendimizce ilkel yöntemlerle sorunu çözmeye çalıştık. ayrıca kahvaltı vs hızmetı de cok kotuydu.

Odamiz cok temizdi. Personel de hem ilgili hem de cok nazikti. Terastaki manzarali kahvaltimizdan da cok memnun kaldik. Mardin’de sadece bir gecemiz oldugu icin konaklamamiz kisa surdu ama sonraki gelislerimizde adresimiz belli. Her sey icin tesekkur ederiz.
