Serkan Bey’e otele varmadan önce çölyak hastası olduğumu ilettim, bana glutensiz ekmek ve galeta ayarladı sağ olsun, ilgisi için çok teşekkürler. Otelin atmosferi çok güzel, odalar küçük ama temizdi. Odalarımızdan birinde duşakabin yoktu. Klozeti kapatıp o şekilde yıkanmak zorunda kaldık. Kahvaltı yemekhane kahvaltısı gibiydi, peynir zeytin yiyip ayrıldık. Mardin kahvaltısı denebilecek lokal hiçbir lezzet de yoktu. Ramazan bayramında inanılmaz bir trafik olduğu için otele ulaşmakta çok zorlandık.

Sadece yorumlara bakarak rezervasyon yaptırmıştık. Konum ve hizmet olarak çok memnun kaldık. Özellikle mekan sahibi Turgay bey çok ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü, personel de aynı şekilde. Eski mardinin en son kısmında bulunuyor, otopark problemi yaşamadık, otele ait değil ama sokağın hemen aşağı kısımda otopark mevcut, zaten eski mardinde çoğu yerde bu imkan da yok. Heryere tüm müzelere mekanlara yürüyerek ulaşım sağladık. Herşey için teşekkürler :)

Mardine yolunuz düşerse kesinlikle konaklamanız gereken bir otel. İlgi ve alakaları çok güzel sizi memnun etmek için herşeyi yapıyorlar. Temiz, konforlu, lüks dizaynı ortamı havası müthiş. kahvaltısı çok güzeldi. Terasıda.. kendinizi ağa gibi hissedeceğiniz bir otel ismiyle uyumu yakalamış :) tekrar teşekkürler..❤️❤️
