The hotel is in an amazing location with beautiful views of the lake, the rooms and all public areas are pristine and clean, & the staff were absolutely amazing. I would not recommend eating at the restaurant, as it's quite overpriced, the menu is quite performative, and the food wasn't that great for the price paid. It is also very small & loud if the patio is not open. That said, it did not deter from how amazing the hotel is. Just find somewhere else to eat during your stay.

When we first arrived, they had us in a room over the kitchen. I expressed that it was in an undesirable location for our family and they immediately switched our room. The room amenities were nice but would have liked to have coffee available in the room. Food was great although extremely pricey. The Chimichurri was perfectly prepared and went well with the wagyu steak. Great location but seems they may lose some view as there is something being built across the street.

It was off season so we picked a bad time. The pool was closed. No hot tub. The restaurant only open for dinner on Thu - Sun. No breakfast except brunch on weekend. No laundry service. Plan your stay with this in mind. Hotel itself is very nice and quiet.
