Location wise I don’t think you could get a better spot. The hotel is very clean and tidy and the rooms are of a higher standard than most. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in this area and will most definitely be staying here next time I return.

We traveled as a family, room was spacious enough for all 4 of us. The location was perfect, walkable to everything. Pool was lovely. The staff were very accommodating and delivered great customer service. The price was reasonable and included breakfast which is helpful.

its just an overall average place. maybe im fussy but it definitely did not feel 4 star. The staff were nice, the location is Great if you want to be in Puerto benous but it just felt like an oldAmerican style motel. The rooms are old and didnt smell nice. I was traveling with my wife and the rooms showed a double bed but it was two single beds pushed together so we pretty much slept in separate beds. If your in your 20s and on a lads trip im sure you'd have a good time but i prefer a bit more luxury these days.

The hotel staff were great, they do need to upgrade their cleaning services, I went use the hot urn in my room and it was so gross, I took it apart and left it in the sink the cleaning staff just put it back. Pretty gross. The shampoo dispenser was broken also. Other than that the hotel was really nice and the restaurant options on the first floor was fantastic!

Absolutely top score on everything. Fantastic hotel an location. The rooms are really nice and clean and big. The breakfast included is perfect with great options and goes until 11.90. The service is excellent. I choose this hotel every time I am in the area. The only thing I wish was the gym to be a bit larger with a bit more equipment but I choose to go for a run instead..
